1. Xenoblade Chronicles X : This game appears to have a colossal, beautiful world, and I can't wait to run around in it.
2. The Legend of Zelda Wii U : The next mainline console Zelda game. Need I say more?
3. Batman: Arkham Knight : The graphics. The Godmobile. The combat. I am so ready for another Rocksteady Batman game.
4. The Great Ace Attorney : Please be localized.
5. No Man's Sky : If it truly delivers on its promise of near endless exploration of gorgeous procedurally generated worlds, this could be an all time great game, especially if it's paired with Morpheus.
6. Splatoon
7. Ori and the Blind Forest
8. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain
9. Bloodborne
10. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End

1. Legend of Zelda Wii U: It's a Zeld game, which gaurantees I'll love it. And what's more, it looks like Zelda meets Elder Scrolls, in terms of the huge open world. I can't wait.
2. Uncharted 4: When I played through Uncharted 2 & 3, my wife would sit and watch me, which she never does with other games. When asked why, she said it was like watching a movie. This looks to be as close as we've gotten yet to playing an Indiana Jones movie.
3. No Man's Sky: This is the game I dreamed of playing as a kid. But 30 years ago, I never imagined it could look like this. My only concern is that there needs to be a compelling reason to play beyond the exploration.
4. Bloodborne: I'm so bad at the Souls games. But I keep coming back for more punishment. The combat in this looks great.
5. Xenoblade Chronicles X: The game looks fantastic. I do have some questions about the scope of it. But mechs! And RPG!
6. Star Fox: I questioned whether or not this should be on my list, since not much has been shown yet. But it is a Miyamoto project. I have faith in him to do right by the series.
7. Persona 5: On my list purely because of my love for the series. As long as they don't veer too far from the formula, this'll be great.
8. Batman Arkham Knight: The last Arkham game was still fun, but not quite as great. I'm hoping this brings the series back. The addition of vehicles looks like a lot of fun.
9. Mario Maker: Just looks like pure, silly fun. I'm looking forward to community built, nightmare levels like you used to see in rom hacks.
10. Silent Hills: I've never heen a huge Silent Hill fan, but PT won me over. What an incredible demo. I can't wait to see more.

Honorable Mentions
The Witcher 3, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Yoshi's Wooly World, Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask, Final Fantasy Type-0 HD

1. Quantum Break
2. Batman: Arkham Knight
3. Halo 5: Guardians
4. Just Cause 3
5. Rise of the Tomb Raider
6. Crackdown 3
7. The Division
8. Scalebound
9. Star Wars Battlefront
10. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

1. Persona 5 : Been waiting a long damn time for this, and ready to finally see what the boys at Atlus have been cooking.
2. Uncharted 4 : I assume it's coming next year, but it'll be my first foray into the series. Looks quite fun.

That's all I can really think of since we don't know which CoD is next.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?
1. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
Loved the first two, loved the books, excited to finally see some of those book characters in the game.

2. Heroes of the Storm
Cheating since I'm already in the alpha but - It's pretty much everything I want out of a moba, while taking out the things I dislike from League/Dota. Not to mention its like Smash Bros, being able to play with all my favorite characters.

3. Persona 5
Persona 4 is my favorite game of all time. Persona/SMT has become my last bastion for JRPGs as I've grown to dislike a lot of the trappings of the genre. Given the story beats we know of (well conceptually anyways) Im super stoked for this.

4. Starcraft: Legacy of the Void
Gotta see how this trilogy will end. Plus Protoss were always my favorite of the Starcraft races.

5. Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain
Can't wait to see what fuckery Kojima is up to this time.

6. Zelda Wii U
I'm actually a little worried about this one since the demo they showed made the world look way way too empty, but its Zelda so it makes it on the list for name alone.

Not much else I can think of that would really make this list. Games Im interested in/looking forward to sure, but really that diehard for.

1. Uncharted 4 : It's Naughty Dog....enough said
2. No Man's Sky : If this game delivers it will be mind blowing.
3. Zelda U : This will probably be the game that makes me get a Wii U. It looks like everything I've ever dreamed of in a Zelda game.
4. MGSV : Looks great. Still haven't play Ground Zeroes but I def will before playing this.
5. Tearaway Unfolded : Based off all the love for the Vita game, I'm very excited to play this.
6. The Order : Looks gorgeous. Hoping for a solid SP experience.
7. The Divison : Hesitantly optimistic. Really hope it delivers on it's promises
8. The Witness : Looks beautiful. Makes me curious to know what it's all about.
9. Batman: Arkham Knight : TBH I'm kind of burnt out on the Batman games but it's Rocksteady so I think it could be great.
10. The Witcher 3 : Looks beautiful. Hoping CDPR can deliver.

I would include Rime and Battlefront but I'm skeptical we're going to see them next year.

1. Zelda U

Its a Zelda game. I'm contractually obliged to buy these things. It looks stunning and I like where I think its going.

2. Halo 5

Much like above. I was a fan of 4. While the multiplayer doesn't do it for me as much anymore, again, 5 looks like it might be better and it'll have SWAT anyway.

3. The Order

This game went from "Meh" to "Yeah!" For me once I saw the improved gunplay. I'm ok with short and linear when its relevant.

4. Quantum Break

I adored Alan Wake and this is just a no brainer. Best facial work I've seen in a game thus far. Time mechanic looks ti be implemented well.

5. Rise of the Tomb Raider

First game was amazing so I expect the sequel to be just as good if not better. Just no multiplayer please. Focus on SP.

I'm not sure if SFV is coming next year so I cant vote.

1. Bloodborne : Demon's Souls is my favorite, and this looks to continue it.
2. Witcher 3 : Hope the console version is good.
3. Xenoblade Chronicles X : Still haven't played the Wii game, but looks good.
4. Final Fantasy IV : I'm curious, frankly.
5. Uncharted 4 : Big fan of the series!
6. Codename Steam: I Love Valkyria Chronicles!
7. The Order : Looks pretty
8. MGSV : Not my favorite series, but I'll give it a shot.
9. Zelda WiiU: Not even sure it'll really come out in 2015...
10. Devil's Third : Itagaki makes great games. I trust him.

1. Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain
2. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
3. Mario Maker
4. Bloodborne

1. The Legend of Zelda: Wii U: Best franchise in gaming returns!
2. Mario Maker: Dont care about making levels, but really looking forward to unlimited SMW-levels!
3. Bloodborne: More Souls is always amazing
4. Star Fox - its been way too long since the last one.
5. Mighty Number 9 - Finally the return of Mega Man-awesomness
6. Captain Toad - Doesnt come to Europe before january. The Toad-levels was amazing in 3D World, and a whole game of them is perfect for me.
7. Xenoblade Chronicles X - This game just looks amazing, the game jrpg-fans have been waiting for.
8. Yakuza 5 - Finally getting a localization
9. Final Fantasy XV - I kinda feel this game will suck, but I always have a small hope it can get back to FFVI-level awesomness.
10. Broken Age Episode 2: The first episode was good, and the ending makes me really looking forward to its sequel!

Metal Gear Solid V wold have been on the list, but as far as I know, that game doesnt have a tba 2015 yet, so I dropped it.

  1. Persona 5 : Ever since I played Persona 3 Portable in 2010, the Persona series has quickly risen to the top of my favourite game series of all time. One of the few JRPG series still featuring turn-based combat (a favourite of mine), the series usually includes interesting and well-written characters. We've gone a long time without a new main entry, so the anticipation is high!
  2. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End : Although by the end of Uncharted 3 I was starting to feel a little burned out on the Uncharted series, enough time has passed that the urge to play a great new action adventure game has returned. One can only hope that Naughty Dog doesn't repeat the same mistakes they did with Uncharted 3 (writing a story around set-pieces, instead of the other way around).
  3. Final Fantasy Type-0 HD : It will be great to finally play this. It looks to be a blast to play, and the main theme (heard in trailers) is eargasmic.
  4. Persona 4 Dancing All Night : I love Persona music. I also love rhythm games. If all goes well, this game will be right up my alley.
  5. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain : While I love the Metal Gear Solid series, for some reason I never feel the urge to get the games on Day 1. However, whenever I do get them, I get immersed in the series all over again. Metal Gear Online being back is a plus as well, since I played quite a lot of MGO2.
  6. Steins;Gate : Steins;Gate is known as one of the best Visual Novels ever, and it's coming out on consoles (PS3, PS Vita). In English. This is still blowing my mind. I can only hope the game is a success and the console VN market can flourish in the West, since right now it's a market that's pretty much exclusive to Japan.
  7. Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai Remix : The Project Diva series was my sleeper hit of 2014. I absolutely fell in love with f/F and F 2nd. The only reason Project Mirai is low on my list is because of the inferior presentation and because the 3DS's buttons don't seem to be very good for rhythm games.
  8. Cosmic Star Heroine : Zeboyd Games are great. They're making the games I wish I could be making, and so they deserve the mention. Hopefully CSH has great characters and story, since from what I've read the battle system is looking good.
  9. Mighty No. 9 : I love classic Mega Man.

Since the OP was updated, this is now out of the list. I still believe there's a chance it will release in 2015, though:
[*]Final Fantasy XV : The latest trailer (the one that introduced Luna) hyped me in a way very few trailers do. The soundtrack, by Yoko Shimomura, is guaranteed to be fantastic. The world map takes me back to when I was younger and used to explore forests and thickets. Let's just hope the gameplay is great.

2. Underrail: The Fallout 3 we've waited 17 years for.
3. Serpent in the Staglands: The closest we'll ever get to a Darklands 2.
4. The Mandate: This *could* end up being the coolest game of the year, but I do worry they are being a little too ambitious.
5. Satellite Reign: New Syndicate? Like a proper one and not another festering dogshit shooter? Yes please.
6. Enemy Starfighter: Fantastic looking space sim.
7. Witcher 3: Love me some Geralt.
8. Darkest Dungeon: Great look dungeon crawler, the focus on party stress and mental health should give it a unique flair.
9. Starcrawlers: I love blobbers, and sci fi blobbers are *incredibly rare*
10. Just Cause 3: This better have a grapple like the BOLO mod had in 2.

* I'd include Torment: Tides of Numenara, but I don't think it'll make 2015.

1. Persona 5: Nothing builds anticipation more than a sequel that has been years in the making. Persona 3 & 4 are 2 of my favorite games of all time and this entry is jumping in to the HD generation for the first time.

2. Metal Gear Solid V: I fell in love with Metal Gear back in the PS1 days and I have played every game ever since. Hoping this one finally bridges the gap between Big Boss and Snake.

3. Bloodborne: I've never been a big fan of the souls games but this game's aesthetic and the slightly quicker gameplay have gotten me beyond excited.

4. Uncharted 4: I bought Uncharted 1 from GameStop in a bargain bin. 3 days later I beat it and when Uncharted 2 came out I beat it in 1 day. While 3 felt a little stale to me, the jump to next gen has put my excitement through the roof.

5. The Order: 1886: RAD has been a favorite dev of mine since they released Daxter on the PSP and when they showed The Order:1886 I became eager to see what they could do with a AAA budget. Plus dem graphics!

6. Final Fantasy Type-0: Wanted this game since it was announced for the PSP but I am even more excited because it is the first JRPG (My favorite genre) that I actually want for the PS4. Plus FINAL FANTASY 15 DEMO!

7. Batman Arkham Knight: Rocksteady blew me away with Arkham Asylum and completely shattered my expectations with Arkham City. Arkam Knight looks like it's gonna push the bar even further and man does it look pretty.

8. Assassin's Creed Victory: I've been in love with Assassin's Creed since the original game helped me get over a personal issue when I was in High School. I love history and I love hidden blades and Victorian Lodon looks beautiful.

9. Street Fighter 5: Street Fighter is one of those franchises like Final Fantasy or Metal Gear that has just stuck with me and the new gameplay trailer that Capcom showed at PSX was awesome. Bring it on!

10. Mighty No. 9: Inafune is a genius and this game looks crazy. Can't wait.

1. The Division : Third person shooter with rpg mechanics? Sign me up, but I hope that Ubisoft doesn't fumble this one like Unity.
2. Bloodborne : The sole reason I will buy a ps4 in 2015. Souls game without the option to be a pussy hiding behind a shield? And guns? Hell fucking yes.
3. Persona 5: After hearing gaf sing the praises of this series, I bought a PSTV and am getting my broken PS3 fixed to try this series out, and I cannot wait.
4. The Witcher 3 : Always down for a good open world game. Still need to play Witcher 2 through, but luckily I have time while they make the game better due to the delay
5. Halo 5: After the clusterfuck that MCC was, I have reservations regarding this title, but the beta will help to either calm my fears or tell me to run away.
6. Overwatch: Blizzard's take on TF2. With the variety of characters that we have seen so far, I think this has a chance to be big.
7. Heroes of the Storm: After dealing with the often toxic LoL community, and seeing them remove "features" from the MOBA style games that I despise, I am looking forward to this
8. Star Wars Battlefront : I'm sad that I missed playing these on OG Xbox, and love the Battlefield series along with Star Wars, so win-win for me.

it's pretty amusing that at least 4 games in the top 10 for 2014's list were fully delayed to 2015

Those games being
1. The Witcher 3
6. Xenoblade Chronicles X
7. The Order 1886
8. Persona 5

and further down the line there's The Division, Halo 5, The Witness, Pillars of Eternity, Hotline Miami 2, and Rime have also been delayed to at least 2015

though Halo 5 and some of those games I don't believe was ever announced to be releasing 2014. I'm just going by that list

1. Bloodborne : I was late to the party for Demon's Souls and only played Dark Souls for the first time recently, but I loved every second of both games. I can't wait to see what Miyazaki-san has in store for us. The atmosphere and faster paced gameplay have me really hyped. I'm more than ready to die a couple of hundred times once again.

MhNJyts.jpg

2. The Order : 1886: It's the single most beautiful game I've ever seen. The art direction, setting and atmosphere caught my eye since I saw the very first trailers of the game; the story and characters look really interesting, voice acting and soundtrack are superb so far. The gameplay from the last demo looks tight and the cover mechanics very well done.

GS9NqK6.jpg

3. Mortal Kombat X : Mortal Kombat is my favourite fighting series. I grew up with MK and MK9 was my favourite fighting game last generation, as well as the best reboot and comeback of a series I've seen. I can't wait to spend more than 1000 hours playing Mortal Kombat again. Who's next?

XBLXilS.png

4. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End : I'm not the biggest Uncharted fan. I've always enjoyed the story, characters and the spectacle, but the gameplay has always seemed rather stale. However, after the PSX demo this game has sky-rocketed in my list of most anticipated games. The more open and vertical level design, new animations, improved stealth and additions like the grappling hook piqued my interest.

ezu0Rzw.jpg

5. Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain : MGS is one of my favourite series and the games are always a complete journey where all emotions participate (that wasn't embarrassing to say at all). I'm eager to try mister Kojima's very first open world game. Also, it has a dog with an eye patch!

OBYBeqI.jpg

6. Batman: Arkham Knight : The very best superhero videogame franchise. I ejoyed the hell out of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, so a next gen entry from Rocskteady is a no-brainer. I have to admit the constant focus on the Batmibile has me a little worried that they might neglect other aspects of the gameplay, but I have faith Rocksteady will deliver.

tkVKNTc.jpg

7. No Man's Sky : This game is captivating every time it's presented, a true work of art; and it sound slike my dream sci-fi game with endless exploration. However, I'm as excited for this as I am worried that Hello Games might not pull it off, being a tiny studio. I can do nothing but embrace their vision and hope for the best.

L80TaKD.jpg

8. Rime : I played Ico and Shadow of the Colossus recently for the first time, and even if I'm years late to the party, those games were very special to me, albeit a tad dated (especially Ico). With The Last Guardian so far off someone has to step in and give us a similar experience. Fortunately, Rime seems to be exactly what I'm looking for.

AfYYX88.jpg

9. Persona 5 : Admittedly, I've never played a Persona game, and I'm not exaclty a fan of anime-looking games, but the way so many people on this forum speak so highly of these games has me very, very intrigued, so I'll be giving this game a try for sure.

sPRgJMm.jpg

10. Quantum Break : Remedy is a more than competent developer, as shown by their past projects, and what I've seen of Quantum Break certianly looks fantastic and has me intrigued. The premise sounds amazing, the graphics are top notch and the time bending mechanics make it seem like this is going to be a very special game.

Honorable mentions: The Last Guardian.

1. Halo 5: The new mechanics for Halo 5 truly interest me. I can say now that a lot of the stuff has me worried, and a few things I'm already convinced will really ruin the gameplay, but every time I see a video on it... I just really want to play the damn thing. Its a shame I probably won't have an Xbox One in time to play the beta.

2. Rainbow Six Siege: It looks so awesome already. I really hope it has a terrorist hunt mode! I like the competitive PVP focus.

3. Star Wars Battlefront: Slightly scared about DICE and EA... but its Star Wars Battlefront, man.

4. Zelda U: I was a little worried by how lifeless the world looked in the video from PSX, but it is still super early, and that doesn't stop me from being extremely excited to play it.

5. Overwatch: Its like Shadowrun (2007 fps) and TF2 smashed together. I'm extremely interested in how it plays at a high level.

6. No Man's Sky: The exploration really interests me. I kind of want it to be a game where I can explore an awesome planet for a long time. Going through caves, ascending up mountains. I like what they are doing with the "MP" where you are not really supposed to meet anybody... so when it finally does happen it will probably be a pretty amazing experience.

More to be added later for sure.

I can't make up my mind between TW3 and Persona 5. Knowing next to nothing about P5 doesn't help. I need gameplay to see if it lives up to my expectations or not... Ah what the hell, let's do this.

1. Persona 5

3. Uncharted 4
4. Bloodborne
5. Yakuza 5

My List (didn't include remasters):

1. Uncharted 4: - New Uncharted, looking forward to seeing it on the next gen platforms.
2. Batman: Arkham Knight: - Best looking game apart from maybe FFXV/ Uncharted 4 &The Order: 1886 coming out this year.
3. Zelda U: - Open World Zelda and looks great.
4. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt: - Sequel to the Witcher 2 look forward to CD Project do with it and the now open world.
5. No Man Sky: - Concept is great and hope they live up what everyone expects from it. Plus seems a perfect game for Morpheus.
6. Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker: (UK so not till 2015, if this doesn't count move up everything else and put Splatoon at number 10) - Sounds a fun Puzzle game and jealous of the US/ Japan people that have already got it (are my favourite parts of Mario 3DW).
7. Xenoblade Chronicles X : - Look like a big game and a decent Wii U exclusive.
8. FF XV: - Finally.
9. PlanetSide 2: - PC didn't run it well when it launched so quite looking forward to playing this on the PS4.
10. The Order: 1886: - Looks gorgeous and the new feedback says it plays good so excited to have another PS4 exclusive to play.

Splatoon was close but atm looking forward to The Order 1886 more (probaby due to the fact we have a date for that).

oh my exciting!

1: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain: The Phantom Pain - Ground zeroes got me so pumped for this game. I love the character of Big Boss, though I'm more than a little sad that Hayter is not doing the voice. It seems Kojima is making this one a bit darker, and Hayter is not a good fit for that, but I love his often incredulous rising intonations.

2: Splatoon - One of the most innovative looking titles from Nintendo in a long time.

3. Zelda U - Nintendo tackling an open world makes me very excited. Their obsessive quest for perfection will do wonders for a genre that's usually riddled with janky games.

4. Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate - I've already played the import of this game, so I know it's great. I'm just really looking forward to playing it in a Language I can read.

5. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Never been that interested in the Witcher, but everything I've seen of this looks great.

There are a lot of games coming out next year, but these are the only ones I'm really excited about.

1. Zelda Wii U:Looks gorgeous like a Studio Ghibli film. The size and scope of this open world is nothing short of mind blowing. Now if only they can give us a direct feed version of the TGA footage.

2. Batman Arkham Knight:Loved the first two games and the game looks amazing.

3. Bloodborne:Liked but didn't love Dark Souls but this game looks to have a better atmosphere than that game.

4. Xenoblade Chronicles X:Xenoblade was amazing, chances are this game will be. A somehow bigger open world with mechs. What's not to like?

5. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt: Ambitious RPG made by one of the most underrated studios. This could be their big break.

6. Splatoon: Probably Nintendo's most important game. A new IP made by new talent in a genre they rarely delve into. The gameplay looks incredibly solid.

7. Mighty No. 9: I need my Mega Man fix dammit! If Capcom's not going to provide me with that than the man himself (Keiji Inafune) will. Thankfully if Azure Striker and Mighty Gunvolt are any indication, it will.

8. No Man's Sky: If anything, it's sheer ambition has me astounded. The art direction is quite beautiful too mixing in traditional sci-fi elements with a ton of vibrant colors. Really looking forward to get my hands on this one.

9. Uncharted 4: One of the best looking games I've seen so far. Amazing detailed environments and major improvements from the last game. Hopefully this will give Nathan Drake and his series a worthy sendoff

10. MGS V: I keep forgetting about this game for some reason but when I see it, I'm absolutely blown away. Everything about this has me wowed. The fox engine has proved how amazing games can look this gen and the open world gameplay is no slouch either.

Honerable Mentions:
Mortal Kombat X: Loved 9 and Injustice so of course I'm excited.
Axiom Verge: The closest we'll ever come to a new Metroid game right now. Seriously check this one out
FFXV: Seems refreshing compared to XIII. Don't know if it'll come out this year though
Persona 5: I'm liking the whole "free yourself from society" motif so far, but I need actual game play to have me fully convinced
Starfox U: Yay new Starfox game!!! Now if only they'll show it off.
The Order 1886: Screw the haters. A technically impressive game with a unique setting in an alternate 19th century Europe.

There's so much more I want to play but the lists of so many people on here proves how awesome 2015 will be for video games.

1. Bloodborne
Hidetaka Miyazaki's new game, made by the team who developed my most favourite game ever, Dark Souls. A faster paced Souls game with incredible art direction. Oh please, let this game be just as addicting and beautiful as Dark Souls.
2. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
It's the ambitious third entry of the Witcher series. Please no downgrades on PC!
3. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain
Finally a new Metal Gear! Finally play as Big Boss again!
4. Resident Evil: Revelations 2
It's a new Resident Evil and you play Claire. Nothing more to add.
5. Resident Evil HD Remastered
GAF's darling finally coming to PC in glorious HD graphics. Can't wait to play it the very first time.
6. The Order 1886
The game with the most realistic visuals that currently exist. That and being a TPS set in a gothic-y steampunk victorian era has me interested.
7. Grand Theft Auto V
Finally on PC. Finally

1. MGSV The Phantom Pain - My favorite series besides GTA and InFamous. I cannot wait for the next entry.

2. Bloodborne - I love difficult games but I didn't like Demon- and Dark Soul's settings.

3. Just Cause 3 - Need more mayhem on my PS4.

4. Uncharted 4 - Amazing visuals and great storytelling to expect.

5. Battlefield Hardline - Battlefield 4 caught my and my friends attention and we're all getting Hardline next year.

6. Assassin's Creed Victory - I love the Victorian era and pleace Ubisoft, please bring back the modern day story.

7. Hellblade - I loved all of Ninja Theory's PS3 games.

8. Olli Olli 2 - Great gameplay, soundtrack and art design? I'm in!

9. Dying Light - Zombies + Parcour = Win

10. Grim Fandango: Remastered - I always wanted to play it. Now it's coming to a console that I own.

Bonus: unannounced game from Rockstar Games.
Red Dead 3!

1. Bloodborne:
- Miyazaki's fabled return for the true sequel to DeS & DS. From what I played of the Beta, I'm going to love it. Not to mention they've thrown in some rogue-like with the Chalice Dungeon now. Hyped.

2. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain:
- Ground Zeroes was phenomenal, the best gameplay from MGS game ever. Now, throw in the proper open world and all that customisation and MGO and baby, you got a stew going.

3. Uncharted 4
- I've been hesitant to rank this so high. I think it's because I know what I'm getting so the mystery isn't there so much as it is with these other titles. But when I think about it, what I'm going to get is Naughty Dog doing what they do best with experienced gained from working on TLOU.

4. RiME
- It just looks gorgeous and everything the developer says I've been on board with. It looks like Team Ico meets Nintendo with a reduction in combat, 'expression in traversal' and a beautiful world.

5. Persona 5
- I've never actually played a Persona game but seen plenty of playthroughs and it seems like a game that is right up my street, I've been desperate to play P4: Golden but not enough to purchase a Vita (sorry, VitaGAF).

6. The Witcher III: Wild Hunt
- Have only played moments from Witcher games on my friend's PC but I enjoyed what I played and loved how immersive and well-built the world was. If they can transfer that detail in to an open world and make it run well on PS4, then count me in.

7. Ratchet & Clank: Redux
- Not much to say on this one besides it's R&C on PS4. I can't wait to see how incredible this looks. I'm nervous about the re-hashing of the origin story as this was the first game I ever bought myself for the PS2 so I'm very attached to the story and characters.

8. The Witness
- Gorgeous puzzle game, that's about it. Can't wait to explore and figure it all out.

9. No Man's Sky
- Okay, so these last two games on my list I've put here because of my hesitancy as to whether they can deliver. This game has had too much hype marketing set around it and I'll be impressed if it actually delivers and is a game you can spend more than a couple hours on at a time before getting bored.

10. The Division
- Again, hesitant about this one. I've been unsure about whether this game will deliver since its announcement and now we've had Unity, I have even more reason to be nervous. But in the end, it's a 3rd Person Tactical shooter from Ubi (The closest thing I'm gonna get to Ghost Recon for a while) and if they can pull it off, it'll be wonderful.

It's gonna be a great year.

1. The Legend of Zelda (Wii U): It's Zelda. It's huge. It's gorgeous.
2. Uncharted 4: Because I love Indiana Jones

1. Zelda U: This is the #1 reason I bought the Wii U in November of 2012. Been waiting for this for a long time.

2. Uncharted 4: The PSX demo was thrilling. Vastly improving UC3's visuals while adding some gameplay elements from TLOU is quite exciting.

3. No Man's Sky: To explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before.

4. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain: Open world militaristic stealth game sounds good to me. Quiet in the new engine looks nice.

5. Rime: "Ni no Kuni meets Ico style project."

6. The Order: 1886: Another game that was greatly helped by its PSX demo. Will probably be the most graphically impressive console game come Febraury.

7. Bloodborne: The setting, character models, weapons and music all look fantastic.

8. Batman: The Arkham Knight: Rocksteady Batman.

9. Rainbow Six Siege: Next-gen Rainbow 6.

10. Star Wars Battlefront: Star Wars is good.

Will definitely purchase: Witness, Persona 5, Xenoblade, Mario Maker, Witcher 3, COD Treyarch, Just Cause 3, Dying Light, Grim Fandango, Hotline Miami 2, Everyone's Gone To The Rapture, Until Dawn, GT7, Titan Souls, Talos Principle, OMG somany........

1. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain: Ground Zeroes really did its job of getting me hyped, I think Kojima will deliver on all accounts and MGO will be the online game worth playing until Konami decide to shut it all down.
2. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
3. No Man's Sky: I think this is going to be one of the defining experiences of this gen, not just next year.
4. Batman: Arkham Knight
5. Superhot
6. The Order: 1886
7. Final Fantasy VII: Screw the fact it's not what I wanted, it's still Final Fantasy VII
8. Shovel Knight (PS4)
9. Bloodborne
10. Final Fantasy Type-0 HD
