Driving in rain without windshield wipers isn't easy. :)

Haven't tried the NASCARs yet, but man they have little vision from the cockpit view!

If you get used to the rollcage it's fine. :) IMO it's worse in LMP1 cars with closed cockpits. You almost never know what's happening to your left and right and it's harder to find the perfect apex when taking corners.

Gotta give them a go! Do you use the helmet cam? I've turned off the actual helmet, but I just love how the game looks into the corners and blurs your vision when going fast. Reminds me of Shift 2.

Nope, a standard cockpit view. It's not that I don't appreciate this feature, but I don't like changes and the helmet cam makes it harder to check current rpm, gear etc. :)

EDIT: oh shit, it's The Order 1886. I know some of you might think that this is Project Cars, but trust me, it is not.

It looks like 900p.
It wouldn't surprise me if it's lower. That looks awfully blurry and there are tons of details that are missing (chain link mesh). I've seen 900p games that provide a much clearer image than Black Ops 3.

The foliage in the images has weird artifacting (almost like image compression).

Like 720p upscaled to 1080p? That would be insane.

I wonder what sort of AA Until Dawn is using. Looks pretty clean.
Probably some sort of SMAA.

No, I think it's 900p with a shit tonne of FXAA or another AA technique that blurs the screen. It reminds me of Ryse's 900p but blurry as hell because of all the fancy AA solutions.

GZ looks great at night+rain, so impressive for an open world 60 fps game, daylight looked pretty bad though, hope MGS5 improves on that.

I was also pleasantly surprised how quick it takes to reload a checkpoint. Normally in open world games you have to wait at least 20-30 seconds to get back into action. Yeah, the map in Ground Zeroes isn't huge, but it's still a nice achievement. :)

I wish REmake 2 will look like this, Capcom can ditch the pre-rendered backgrounds, this is good enough.

Yea it seems like an engine with such a big potential, I would like to see how a big linear 30 fps game current gen only can look like with this engine, Silent Hills was supposed to be that game, I expected it to blow minds :(
