Alright, I surrendered and installed the game again just to try this and maybe have a second go at the story. I'm completely amazed at the possibilities this opens up.

Although, since as a filmmaker I'm much more interested by making some cool and twisted travellings, I find the controls a bit weird. I think the Crane shouldn't be on the D-pad but rather on the Up and Down L-Stick. The Dolly in and Dolly out should be on L2/R2 which are both unoccupied instead of the left stick. I think it makes much more sense and allows for better control during travellings !

Go for it. The game is cheap enough, and you might be surprised that despite its considerable short comings, the game can be interesting and fun.

This game was tremendous looking. Wish I still had it to play around with photo mode.

I think I'll die when the next God of War comes out. Love the whole series. Even the infamous Ascension, in my opinion was great (story wise, sucked, but the gameplay was good as ever, and it looked insanely good)

Hope the new one is Asgard or Egyptian related, or something.

This game. O.O !!!

I think these visuals are already comparable to the new SW trailer level and is actual gameplay. I can't imagine how good exclusives on PS4 will look in 2016 and later.

Yeah, The Order is the only thing close to the Battlefront trailer.

Yeah probably and for sure was not gameplay which makes Order even more impressive as this is all gameplay and it looks so amazing...I think this game is the graphics king at this time and the one to beat.

and nope, although I'm pretty sure I could though. I added the text using After Effects and then cut the clips and added music with iMovie. All of that can be done in ShareFactory too.

Man, I really didn't like the game, but I keep coming back just to gush at the visuals in photo mode.
Hands down the best looking game ever. Certainly no other console game and not even the best looking PC games at 4k match the visual quality of The Order.
Truly an amazing achievement by ReadyAtDawn. Shame that the game itself was pretty bad.

Well, its only bad if you think about as a videogame thats about its story and gameplay.

If you think about it as like, some kind of crazy supernatural world camera sim, its a freaking awesome peic of software.

Im loving this shiznit, better than pokemon snap.

Yeah, I mean, why are people blowing their loads over a photo mode when there are numerous things that apparently can be done pretty easily to make the game more fun and give it more longevity AS A GAME.

I haven't played it yet, and it's on my list (for a heavy discount of course) for when I eventually get a PS4. But it just seems to be strange priorities.

I don't begrudge people for liking/wanting photo modes in games (well, I guess I do a little... I don't understand the appeal even a tiny tiny bit, and can never see myself spending ANY time with such a mode, ever). But this game was panned by many... and I don't remember "no photo mode" as one of the main complaints.

It looks insane. But as good as it looks i haven't even bothered to dive in to it.
I'm still wondering why there still isn't an indication of collectibles at chapter select. No word on any dlc...
Skippable cutscenes, etc.

Here we go, new ones form B3D [I already posted some other ones in screenshot thread]. Game looks utterly stunning, and PNGs finally make it shine in the proper light. Some old JPG screenshots I took were only ~100kb. T_T

FM 3.0 will support .png, yea. But the 3.0 beta testers (like me) already have access to most of the new stuff. Including .png screens.

And, well, The Order does look even more amazing in better quality pictures.
