Why the fuck does my PS4 sometimes take JPG screenshots even though I have set it in the settings to grab PNG? ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

It shouldn't. Or does the system say when you change to PNG that not all games are compatible?

Maybe you're running out of hdd space? Or maybe the change occurs when you upload them to Facebook etc.? I only use an usb drive so I don't know how the other methods work these days.
