I'm in a similar situation. Hopefully this acts as a wakeup call for everyone. Times will be rough but we have to work through this.

Trump stoked fear and uncertainty with Clinton across masses. Compound that with the FBI royally fucking the whole email thing which has been blown out of proportion and thousands have picked up on it as a call to arms apparently to keep Hilary out of office. It was a perfect storm of everything that could go wrong in the last 2-3 months have, and polling has been so far wrong because of the stigma of being associated with Trump that no one wanted to admit it to pollsters.

I just want to say I'm utterly disgusted and ashamed of this country. The results are unbelievable, hate really has trumped love.
Before the results started being tallied I was optimistic that sanity would prevail, but now I'm questioning not only my own future but everyone else's.
