I don't believe that any leaks of the direct could be true. I mean, it's a video montage put together by, and presented by Nintendo. I can't see Nintendo employees leaking anything from that video. There's a chance employees from other companies could leak what they're potentially bringing. But there's no chance they'd know about Nintendo's own announcements.

Leaks prior to events like E3 are more likely to occur, as games will be showed off to the public at the show floor.

Anyway, I'm keeping my expectations low. It's too early for the Switch Fire Emblem and Pokemon games. Maybe they will finally unveil Pikmin 4? Animal Crossing and Smash Bros could happen too I guess. And the games from Platinum and From Software seem overdue for presentation.

To be honest, the leak might turn out to be mostly correct just because it has so many safe predictions, but there will most definitely be information outside of that list presented too. Like Hollow Knight's release date for instance.

I can't think of a time when a "safe" Nintendo leak has ever been accurate. The ones that are true are the ones that have stuff that are so out there, nobody would have possibly come up with them. Like Mario + Rabbids or Ultra Street Fighter II.

The ones that rely on stuff that's too obvious are the ones that always tend to be bullshit and lead people on the most. Just enough that people are all "yeah this doesn't seem wrong" but obviously not really risky at all.

I don't think Capcom really doesn't care about DGS anymore. Did you see how they just stealth-released the first game onto iOS/Android a week or two ago? You know, a few weeks after the second game released, because that makes sense. They gave Apollo Justice a proper announcement and trailer.

DGS1 and 2 underperformed and I doubt Capcom would even bother localising them now. I think the window has passed, unfortunately. At least we'll get Ace Attorney 7 (I hope lol).

At this E3 Eurogamer followed up and he said a Pikmin 4 was "still progressing".

So it seems there is indeed a Pikmin 4 separately. If you wanted to go full tinfoil then you could point out that it's pretty weird for him to refer to a single game as "near finished" in 2015 and "still progressing" and unannounced in 2017 so there's still the remote possibility he was referring to Hey Pikmin the first time after all and Pikmin 4 also just so happens to exist but who the fuck knows at this point. Short answer is Pikmin 4 exists but it's still in development.
