Yes, only four PS4 titles in that list (I think).

Edit: I'm kind of excited for Until Dawn and Warrior's Lair I guess. Warrior's Lair is Sony made RPG...

There are actually a handful of typos on the site like "FFXIV A Ream Reborn" so whoever entered this stuff in may have done it manually?

That Wonderbook title apparently came out in Europe already and is pretty good! It'll be in the US later this year.

It sure is official, but if I were a publisher I'd write very vague data or no data at all, or even inaccurate date, unless Warrior's Lair is still alive (which would be great!).

I hope so. With all the supposedly insane amounts of games we haven't seen any leaks (considering there were multiple leaks before E3 last year iirc). Its either MS and Sony are good at sealing leaks or there is nothing to leak at all. I hope its the former.

If Sony wants to end the conference for die hard players with a bang obviously they'd have The Last Guardian shown, with a demo, on PS4. But you won't get a leak of that until minutes before it happens (on twitter or whatever). The team would be so small they could keep it uber secret until then (a big ??? on the itinerary with journos asking around and finally getting a solid hint minutes before the reveal).
