■ Cooperation Techniques

Players can equip specific skills, and when the ATB gauge accumulates, activate it for multiple party members. If two, or even three party members let out an attack at the same time, it will be a display of overwhelming power.

New Characters:

Keel

A young boy who lives in the secluded recesses of the mountains whose family is shrouded in mystery. Keel was raised with great care by the people of the village. But he was raised naive, and envying the outside world, ran away from the village. Keel believes in hope in even the most desperate situations, and with his positive behavior is the mood maker of the group. Hes a magician who can use high level spells, and specializes in the fire attribute.

Jurion

Jurions lineage extends to the old royal family. She focuses on one thing at a time and does not falter her convictions. Shes wholeheartedly stubborn. Although she also mirrors the qualities of a knight as someone with dignity and nobility, Jurions appearance is somewhat mysterious, making you think there is something hidden about her past. She specializes in three-dimensional attacks with her spear and water magic.

Honestly....everything about this game looks great. Except the enemy designs.

In the reveal trailer they were fighting cute penguins and here they are attacking a sad cartoon seal

Snow is pretty, but it would be a crime to only use that art style on snow environments.

It looks fine, and they're drawing inspiration from the right games, but I hope they communicate the game's hook soon. There's not a lot yet that gives it its own identity from what I've seen and heard. Maybe all I'm missing a well-cut trailer.

I remember reading that the game takes place in a land of perpetual winter, so I expect the majority of the outdoors areas to be based around snow and ice at the very least.

So this is still a sony exclusive? a Steam release is probably too much to ask?

For some reason, I always think that is just the initial starting area. Premise of the game is you're escorting Setsuna to be sacrifice, I always imagine that something will happen at the sacrificial place and you start game properly from there going to different places. I mean the dragoon/knight character didn't she comes from the same climate/area at all.

Unless I missed something, I'd say it's too early to tell. SE seems more willing to port things around than they once were, so I wouldn't write it off just yet.

It does seem like there's something more to the game. Hopefully, it's just them keeping it under the wraps.

Its being made in Unity so i dont think porting will be much of an issue, more of whether its in SE plans or not.

Yeah it doesnt look as good as when its in motion.
Heres an 8min vid with Gameplay and an english translator if anyones interested, it really gives off a nice vibe.

That's my preferred way to play, I hate being rushed when selecting my next move. Makes later, tougher boss battles easier to manage too.
