Despite the fact that the game absolutely 100% isn't about mechs, it's still pretty cool to listen to. It's not perfect, though, because it literally changes all the text outside of keybindings and player names to a Japanese font. But if you've played the campaign already and know your way around the menus, it's pretty much a non-issue, especially in multiplayer.

(Also not perfect because English Blisk > Japanese Blisk)

Same. I mean, even if the translation doesn't match up, it'd make it one step closer to a wicked mecha anime that you can play.
It already is but stiiiiiiiiiilll.

If you have the PS4 version, all you have to do is to change the PS4 system language to Japanese to have the game fully in Japanese iirc.

One of the things I miss from Titanfall is the different OS voices you could give your Titan. Gave all of my Titans the Japanese OS. I hope they add this to Titanfall 2.

How did Titanfall 2 do in Japan anyways? I know consoles still aren't doing well there, but if Japan were to go crazy for a shooter this gen, this would probably be it if you ask me.

Even the Japanese text really adds to the feel. Nice.

I do like the existing dub quite a bit, but maybe I'll give this a shot anyway.

Ronin should have spoken solely in gratuitous Japanese from the beginning. That's the only way you can properly reconcile your giant mecha acting like a ninja.

Also, Japanese B.T. is great, perfect voice casting.
