Pewdiepie just can't help himself with the N word...the 4th time

The N word is deeply enrooted in Pewdiepie's vocabulary. He just can't help himself saying it. Just to stop the silly European ignorant whataboutism, he's a Swede living in the UK for quite a few years now and is fully aware of how offensive the N word is. He's just a racist edgelord who through spending so much time on the internet with other trolls has clung to offensive language and behaviour ever since the rape jokes, homophobic jokes (also his username was "yurgay" during the N word stream), and Nazi/anti-semitic jokes. Before people get defensive by the word racist, know there are different levels of racism. Spouting racist slurs is one of them. You don't need to read into someone's hearts and minds to know if they truly hate a whole race of people, you can judge them by their actions. Racism isn't just physical violence.

1st - "you stupid fucking nig- oh jesus christ!" (a month ago)
2nd - what a fucking nigger" (september 10th, 2017)
3rd - "nigger" (september 10th, 2017)
4th - "my nev-oh hello!...I don't even want to say the censored version" (september 14th, 2017)

This 4th times comes right after his response/"if apology" which was on september 12th, 2017.

This is for all the people who keep on giving him multiple benefits of the doubt. That surely he'll learn this time.

Obviously it's a word he's used to saying normally. Of course that's not a surprise given how natural that one from last week was.

Can't say I was too bothered with this near slip up though. Not like you can change your shit behavior overnight.

if you watch the video, it is pretty clear that he started to say it and managed to refrain from completely saying it.

My 5 year old son likes to watch video games on youtube on my phone(mostly angry birds, plants vs zombies, mario party, and minecraft).

My rule is, no one can be talking during the video. If I hear commentary, I will take away the phone.

I think I will be keeping this rule for a long time.

He didn't actually say it. He said "me nev-oh" and then proceeded to say something along the lines of he caught himself and automatically censored it and laughed about how ironic it is or something.

Very weird.

It's a shame because it shows that word is a part of his regular vocabulary.

I just watched a couple of the videos in the OP and holy shit... most of the donating messages are people talking about the "WSJ bullshit", or teeling him to say the n-word, or people saying that they love him a lot and ohhhhh "i love you felix". Fuck me... reset the world pls.

Besides these kinds of posts, what more can NeoGAF do to shed light on, and hopefully stop, these toxic members of our community from spouting and normalizing hate, as well as tarnishing our reputation?

I feel as if we all need to do more to communicate the toxicity and perhaps help in actually fighting it?

It's a big problem, and not one with an easy solution, but I believe we must all start to act in order to make our community, and the world, better.
