They don't own them, which is why there was news that they would be at the auction.

Yes they do. DF owns all their IP. What they don't own is distribution rights on console. If they don't get those, CQ, IB etc get pulled from the marketplaces. That's revenue DF could make.

Okay, so based on the reports from Manveer's twitter, we have:

- Ubisoft acquires South Park: Stick of Truth and THQ Montreal
- Take2 acquires Turtle Rock's project
- Sega acquires Relic
- Koch Media acquires Volition
- No one wants Vigil

Is that it right now?

Wow I was thinking of the possibility that no one would want Vigil or their IP and wondered what would happen in that case.
