y'all should be ashamed
It's been one week since PS4/Xbox One preorders have gone up, so I checked out the Best Sellers top 25 list for video games on Amazon, Gamestop and Best Buy.

And, uh, whoa.

Amazon.com

Here's the top 25 as of 6/17/2013, with PS4 in bold and XB1 in red:

1. PS4 Standard Edition
2. Xbox One Day One Edition
3. The Last of Us (PS3)
4. PS4 Battlefield Launch Day Edition Bundle
5. PS4 Watch Dogs Launch Day Edition Bundle

6. PSN Card- $20
7. PS4 Launch Day Edition (guaranteed to ship at launch- unavailable since 6/12)
8. PS4 Killzone Launch Day Edition Bundle
9. Dualshock 4 PS4 Controller

10. Animal Crossing (3DS)

11. PSN Card- $50
12. Watch Dogs (PS4)
13. Xbox Live Gold (1 yr)
14. Xbox 1600 Points Card
15. Battlefield 4 (PS4)
16. The Maw (PC)
17. Xbox Live Gold (3 Mo)
18. Destiny (PS4)
19. Call of Duty Black Ops 2 (360)
20. Minecraft (360)
21. Killzone Shadow Fall (PS4)
22. Playstation Camera (PS4)

23. The Curse of Nordic Cove (PC)
24. Xbox One Controller
25. Forza 5 (XB1)

PS4: 9 in top 25 (7 in the top 10), XB1: 3 in top 25 (1 in top 10). Note that the XB1 does not have any bundles available via Amazon. All PS4 game bundles are "launch day" bundles however.

Gamestop.com

Here's the top 25 best sellers (note that Gamestop.com does not sell the XB1 or PS4 console without a bundle):

1. PS4 Call of Duty Ghosts Bundle
2. PS4 Battlefield 4 Bundle
3. PS4 Watch Dogs Bundle
4. PS4 Killzone Bundle

PS4: 11 in top 25 (7 of which are in the top 10), XB1: 6 in top 25 (1 in the top 10).

Bestbuy.com

It doesn't seem like Best Buy is a hot place to preorder items based on the top 25 being nearly empty of PS4/XB1 content. Looks like just the consoles made it:

1. The Last of Us (PS3)
2. Animal Crossing (3DS)
3. PS4 Console
4. PSN Card ($20)
5. Xbox 360 Controller
6. Turtle Beach Headset (360)
7. Nintendo 3DS XL
8. XBL 1600 Points Card
9. PS3 Bundle w/Uncharted 3
10. Xbox One Day One Edition Console

The next fifteen (as of this post) are not PS4/XB1 items. Current list: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olstemp...79204974656d73&usc=abcat0700000&fs=&gf=y&cp=2

So yeah, there's the preorder tally so far for the top three major videogame retailers here in NA. It doesn't necessarily provide hard data, but I don't think anyone could have predicted how one sided these charts seem to be so far. Should be interesting to see how they shift as we head to the launch.

Well put together OP

I don't expect this to change much but I have noticed that the games for the PS4 are all up there as well with the X1 barely making an appearance. We will see how/if this changes in the coming months.

Knew this would happen.

I felt bad for the people who put much stock into Xbox one leading the reorder charts because it was obvious it wouldn't be able to maintain it.

PS - No Wii U?

I like how Amazon splits the guaranteed launch from the rest of the line. Helps give a better picture than what Gamestop or Best Buy are offering.

Microsoft says they'll win in the long run.

Just like Windows ME, Windows Vista, Windows 8, and Windows Phones!

Microsoft is lucky that they're so entrenched in the corporate environment with products like Active Directory, exchange and windows server. Cause they're eating it everywhere else.

PS4 is the Stone Cold Steve Austin to Microsoft's Vince Mcmahon

Why sprint when you have Titanfall, have you seen it?

According to these pre-order charts, KillZone is doing a lot better than Call of Duty: Ghosts. But does anyone actually believe they will translate into actual sales come launch? Let's not get ahead of ourselves by putting too much weight on these charts

I would really like to know how the Monday after E3 meetings are going right now.

Maybe this will be a big wake-up call for them. You dun goofed MS, I wanted to be excited about your new box but you fucked up too much on too many different categories.

nope

Yeah. That's really surprising, actually.

not really. I mean, we saw PS3/360 gen that allegiances to third party multiplatform games from the PS2/Xbox days didn't really mean anything much. GTA being a PS2 series didn't effect GTA4 at all.

people are going to buy it on the platform they want. COD isn't going to make someone want the Xbox One unless earlier DLC is really important to them. COD runs better on the 360 than the PS3. It's a big part of why the 360 version was more popular. The 360 being the cheaper platform to buy was part of it too.

That advantage has gone in a puff of smoke too.

Pre-order data suddenly means something again, it's hard to keep up with GAF at times.

You know Neko, it does help to take off those green-tinted glasses from time to time. But then again, you might just have the same view as Yusuf Mehdi, "we'll win in the long run!" Sounds like a certain someone from 2006..

Chubigans, do you think you can add Amazon UK, FR and DE to the comparison as it will give a decent overview of EU sales too.
