Didn't they just announce that they are not announcing anything new. I took that to mean 1st party. Doesn't mean 3rd parties can't make announcements for them.

If it's a special announcement, I'm guessing it'll be a new IP - probably an RPG, seeing as they're barely pushing any out apart from BioWare's stuff - for PC, PS4 and XB1, with a few bits from interviews with developers thrown together and coupled with some pre-alpha footage in a sneak peek video, and of course, with the release date being "when it's done".
