Another vote for Gran Turismo 2 - the series was both the 1st and 3rd best-selling game on PS1 and intrinsically linked to the success of PlayStation. Can only assume there were licensing issues with the cars or music.

It tried to limit to one title per series. The PS1 had such a great lineup to choose from, I'm still asking myself why sony went with such a lackluster list for their PSOne Mini. The only explanation I can come up with are licensing issues.

Every month you’d be given 10-20 free, classic, ps1 games. Skip the ones you dont want and play the ones you like.
