It didn't have Ultron at all. They had a regular Ultron drone in there instead of him. Color grading and the VFX on Quicksilver is also completely different as well as the background.

I think it's way better to let Quick take care of OT because I don't really get involved with MarvelGAF that much. I love to lurk the threads, rather than making the posts.

The latest Every Frame a Painting has a really good segment on Avengers. It kind if answers the reason why so many people go for the tv comparison. Judging by all the footage from AoU I've seen its also an issue that has been improved greatly.
