Crimson Desert sells 3 million

You know you can group like items in the inventory screen, right? Such as "tools, healing" and more?

Yeah I did that, but it's still a mess. There's like 4 readable/document/letters/bounties type of items...it gets confusing after a while. Same with all the crafting items, cooking, etc.

They should add a difficulty selector.

That way people like me who only play a little at a time can enjoy the game, likewise unemployed nerds who can sink billions of hours can enjoy it as well. 😏

IGN continues to look bad no? Game doesn't look like a 6/10. Veilguard got a 9/10 and that game bombed!
Doesn't look like a 9 either though, admittedly I haven't played it yet but from play throughs there's many things to do but it's all very superficial and the story is from what I've seen not very well written.

Apparently, I don't get it. I'm happy for people that do though. The game always looked like "throw spaghetti at the wall" the game. Which I guess is pretty accurate with those "previous employees" coming out basically saying random things were being added that didn't even make sense all through development, lol. "Hey, we like that, we add that." Without any of it being cohesive with other gameplay decisions, mechanics, etc.

I may eventually check it out due to curiosity when it drops in price in the far future, but personally I can't imagine paying full price plus for a title like this.

How can you get anything when you don't know what you're talking about? You haven't played it. You're like Jon Snow right now. You'll see your mistake in the "far future".

No shot. Dragon's Dogmas combat and enemies are so much better than this game. This game has a better world, and that's about the beginning and end of it.

Nah, once you learn the combat and unlock several moves and actually learn to use them and remember the button combos it is neck and neck. This has better on foot combat. Where Dogma makes up for it is being able to jump on enemies but I think this game has that too but I'm still early on and haven't seen the large bosses yet.

They are both amazing combat wise and I can't wait for Dogma 2 DLC if it's coming. Overall this game crushes Dogma 2 though so far.

Because it's an observation? Relax. I'm not sure why y'all are getting so defensive, opinions exist, lol.

Pick your favorite game and imagine someone judging it completely and peppering up other posts saying it's trash(with fire reacts) when they haven't played it. We aren't worked up, we just pity the ignorant. We're the ones having a blast right now.

Well continue to have a blast! As I stated, I'll check it out in due time, but I've always had my own reservations and continue to.

I mean, we get it. Opinion is like an asshole, everyone has one, it's a free country yada yada yada. But don't get bewildered and flabbergasted when someone calls you out for posting a shitty opinion on internet video game forum.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
A shitty opinion is still just an opinion. I've said I'm glad people are enjoying it, and I hope I do too when I eventually do check it out, I'm just in no rush. 🤷‍♂️

Since there are no other games coming out this year, GOTY is a maybe. Oh wait, gamers do not have much say on GOTY. Well that sucks.

I highly doubt GTA 6 is coming out this year, as well as other titles like Wolverine.

Congrats to Pearl Abyss. No matter how you slice it, 3 million copies SOLD (not that player engagement dogshit) is impressive for a studio's first single player game especially in less than a week. Love seeing devs invest in quality single player games. South Korea and China aren't playing around and I fucking love it. Give me more of this kind of stuff.

The total sales might be nearing 5 million already:

Nothing official as of yet.

Both GTA and Wolverine are coming this year.

This was a very strategic price hike

The game world is fantastical, beautiful and fun to explore. Combat is engaging and draws me in. Minor enemies are a bit to easy but major ones can be challenging.

Story? Hell if I know what or why I'm doing anything most of the time but I don't mind and can lead to surprises.

The game runs super smooth at 4K and well above 60fps on my 4080S system using dlss and frame gen but there is lots of detail pop in.

I'm happy to know others are enjoying the game too.

This sounds like the best thing for me as well, lol.

It's Play Anywhere so I'll probably get the Helix/PC version whenever that comes out, fully patched and content'd up.
No Sony Playstation 6?

And they should bring it to Switch 2. Pump up those numbers. It runs great on my Xbox Ally X.

I mean I'm probably gonna end up owning both Helix and PS6 just like this gen anyway, whichever is cheaper at that time I guess. If Helix has full Steam integration, no doubt there's gonna be much cheaper buying options via cdkeys etc for that one at that time. Or I can always do the tried and trusted rental option, which will probably favor the PS6 more.

Same here if it makes sense for Helix. I want a secondary PC for the living room. If you ever get that add a bunch of PSN folks as there aren't enough modern gaffers that I connect with on comms.

It took me over 20 hours before I understood how the journal quest tracking works. I still haven't looked up or figured out how to have food equipped and ready to use.
