TL;DR
Not much here, a very basic annual iteration.
PS5/SX: DRS 4K/60, Series S 1080p/60
All console versions are 100% locked to 60 FPS in game play.
Pre-race scenes and replays can have RT which drops frame rate between 20s and 40s.
Minor iterations over last years game, no big transformational changes.
