Flying with a Polish RAF squadron rather than joining his Czechoslovak compatriots, he achieved 17 confirmed kills in just 28 days before his death in a crash in October 1940 at the age of 26. Hope their effects budget is up to the task.

This is an area where those fairly large R/C aircraft could probably make for some very cool re-enactment footage. Get a lot of natural light, sun, and ground movement, maybe even some tracer fire if you rig them up in a clever way, to really nail that WW2 footage feel.
