Ice Climbers are the most likely choice for NES Remix 2's possible veteran reveal, although Wario, Meta Knight, and Dr. Mario are all technically possible as well (Wario's Woods, Kirby's Adventure, and Dr. Mario are all in NES Remix 2).

All I am saying is there probably bunches of people on sites you don't even care about, along with people in the real world who say this coming. And there were bunches of people who it made sense to after the fact, i think when we all think about it considering the why she got in, thats a safe choice . Not trying to be mean , but to be blunt, just because the smash community and large chunks of it , the small small miniscule insignificant part of the entire smash fan base it is , a community that predicts waluigi and King k rool, didn't see it coming. Doesn't mean anything, it means you didn't see the forest for the trees and it went over your heads. It happens to the best of us, the Mavel community and i quote " mad a 100 page fanfiction " about an imaginary patch. Sometimes you so caught up in your own stuff you miss things.

I don't mind Mii being in the game, but I loath Pac Man's design. It's so bad. I don't care how good his moveset is, I'll sigh in disgust any time there's a fight where he's chosen.

Why would you leak the entirety of the roster? At the point where the leak was made, who knows if the roster was definitively even finalized, or the leaker had access to all of it? We literally have no idea of the situation outside of that 4/6 of the characters proposed have proven to be true.
Heck, I would argue that it's possible that the rest of the leak could be false just because a leaker might stick some false info in with true info just to mess with people. I know I would if I was leaking stuff.
With that said, though, Mii and Pac-Man are pretty darn likely anyway, so...
At least it's better than Samus' terribad Other M design. :'s

I knew Mario was in the game days before the E3 reveal! All the doubters ate tons of crow that day.
I think that the Mii has good odds of being next character announced - or at least, fairly soon. I think he (it?) would definitely be a starter, so it makes sense to announce him fairly soon. Pac-Man is a lock for E3, I think, since he's a third party and that'd make bigger waves than "random Nintendo dude" which, lets be honest, most of the remaining roster possibilities are. Might get some other newcomers alongside him but I wouldn't hold my breath.

We don't exactly know how the leaker knew what the characters were. Maybe he just saw the 6 characters mentioned, and not any others.
Besides, it's not like its some fan rumor that some random guy posted on a forum. A respected journalist got it from a previously used source, and he posted it on Neogaf, not expecting the leak to be true. It would have to be an insanely improbable coincidence for someone to have give a false rumor to a journalist that turns out to be 60% true (so far).
If they use an older design, like this, I could get behind his inclusion. But I agree that his newer look is quite hideous.
You can fault Other M for a lot of things, but Samus's power suit design is not one of them. Especially in Smash 4. It's sleek and beautiful.
