I doubt it will come to iPad. It's supposed to be a fairly difficult game that requires a decent amount of skill from what I've gathered from interviews with the devs. Touch controls would be terrible.

After the reveal I haven't followed this much. Also isn't their other game Super Time Force Xbox exclusive? Man, all this console exclusive stuff is getting to me. I mean for example Transistor and Witness are coming to PC too, yet in the marketing it's an afterthought as Sony are doing it iirc.

The Edge article does actually mention its 1080p (the column its in is discussing XB1 so presumably thats what they're talking about) and says its significantly above 30fps even without much optimisation so they're aiming for 60 and it seems possible.

Gorgeous trailer, tells me nothing about the game (unless this tells me everything about the game, and all you do is walk around), but it's nice and atmospheric. I have a fair amount of confidence in Capy to deliver something engaging, though. Hopefully that one guy doesn't get on twitter and claim Tom Hanks in Castaway ripped off this trailer.
