If Japan is lucky, maybe by the end of it.
Man, that's disappointing. Thanks for the update.

Has SE ever shown anything at gamescom?
Well that's good.
Still, back to XV, just thinking how Witcher 3, helmed by a much smaller development team and budget than Square Enix, still managed to complete the game in this time...and with much better graphics!
Good. Let all of the Final Fantasy XIV events take center stage at E3. Its their most successful FF in ages and the only thing positive about the franchise right now.
I never expected anything from FFXV this year. 2014 was always said to be XIV's year.
The Making of Final Fantasy XVCould you imagine the "Making of FFXV"? Jesus. I swear, I expected this to happen but Im still disappointed.
Gamescom will be time for Eidos.
How is Kawazu "castrated"? He's selling dishes just fine on top of having success with Emperor's Saga. It's not even close to Ito. Maybe he even announces Romancing SaGa 4 this year!
What's Ito doing? washing those dishes?
Can't wait to see the new entries of everyone favorite serial killers: Hitman and Tomb Raider.
Didn't BbS take like five years? It's a fantastic game, but that's still obscene for a handheld title.I won't be surprised if Kingdom Hearts 3 releases first even though it hasn't even been in development for that long. The Osaka team know how to make quality games at a decent rate.

Isn't Deus Ex rumored to make an appearance at this E3?

So a game announced in 2006, and re-debuted in 2013 has nothing to show in 2014?
So does that mean we're getting news of another FF since he said this in the same context? If so, I hope it's either a new Dissidia or at least FFXIIHD.
I'm not sure how long it took, but they were much faster after that.

Two things:
I don't believe anyone posting about how little they care about the game now. I'll bet most of you will be swooning again once more footage or a release window drops.
Also, that this has had an even worse development cycle than XIII frightens me deeply.

It's difficult to say to what degree though. A pretty remake of a KH2 trailer with human looking people was in production before the PS3 launched, sure.FFXV started production before PS3 was launched. Yep.
This game was one of my most anticipated games for PS3!!!
I will have children of my own by the time this gets out...
There is no FFXV news because they renamed the game again. Wouldn't that be something?
This game was announced during the fucking launch for the PS3. A fucking launch for the PS3. A launch for the PS3. A launch title for the PS3... DAMN YOU LIGHTNING!!
If you're asking for mainline FF, I think it's unlikely. FF spinoff? Who knows. Right now even for FF14 I'd say 50/50 on the chance of expansion announcement and reveal.
The newest generation of Pokemon available back when this game was first announced was Gen 3 (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald). Remakes of these games are coming out later this year and XV still isn't even ready for consistent E3 releases. Somebody needs to write a tell all book about the development of this game, I bet it'll be a fantastic read.
I know what you mean, I boiught a PS3 for this game... I will never again make the same mistake.
Makes you wonder how much money has been put towards this game. And how many copies they'll need to sell to break even.

They will show it at TGS instead.
