This may seem random but who believes that Mulan is better than Frozen from Disney. I say this because people really hype the shit out of Frozen and make it out to be the best shit from Disney. And people singing Let it Go, that song is so overrated. I'll Make a Man Out of You is so much better, such a classic. Don't people miss that 2D art.

You gonna love Off-Topic. Most of GAF seem to hate Frozen.
Personally my favorite disney movie remain Tarzan and Lionking, but that didn't stop me from enjoying Frozen and letting kids have fun with the movie. Seriously somebody in OT bragged one time about how he told some kids to not sing the song.

I must say, every time I see Texhnolyze mentioned I'm tempted to give it a second watch. Now that I'm seven years more experienced in life I'm curious to see how I'd view the series today.
I like Mulan's story much more, which was Frozen's weakest element I thought. It felt like half a movie's worth of plot stretched out. I thought a third of the movie was missing. Felt the same way about Pixar's Brave. "Oh, that's it? That's... extremely straightforward." But regardless, I really appreciated Frozen's attention to detail, art design, animation, and characterizations. Really got a taste of classic Disney in those areas.
Let it Go has mass appeal to the public because it deals with more emotionally resonant themes like rebellion, empowering yourself, etc. And it's well-written of course. I like the song!
No, Dio isn't as apparent at this point whereas earlier on you had brief scenes with him. Dan is Dan.

SAO II 03
Of the hyped LN adaptations, I can say I enjoy SAO more than Mahouka. And this episode feels like it'll start a debate. While the show may have exaggerated the effects a bit, I understand where Shino's coming from.
Cultural dissonance is almost certainly going to play a part in this. By the shape of things, I think this arc is really more about Sinon than it is about Kirito. Just as ALO was about Suguha's tragic love. I'm not certain about future material, but he hasn't really been the central character since the first arc concluded. That was somewhat enjoyable.

Holy crap like nothing happens in these episodes, it's taken us 3 episodes and Kirito is STILL not in GGO yet. Meanwhile we do get nurses groping Kirito's ass, very long scenes of glasses getting traumatized by guns, and the plot really not moving forward at all. It feels like I'm half way though an episode when things end :/

Great set of episodes. At the beginning I honestly thought Ami was that president of the student council they showed earlier. She's a great addition to the cast and her constant bickering with Taiga brought newly found energy and fun to the show. I just hope she won't mellow out after this arc. Thankfully, judging by the end of the episode, it is not to be.
Mikorin's reaction to the airheads question was godly.

Basically this sums up my feelings for this episode. Even a hot adult nurse wants Kirito's body naked and the dude didn't even do anything.
How is this even possible. I mean Kirito looks like a little kid how can he have that much game.

Considering I know nothing about the Fate universe I'll just watch this for what it is and probably watch it again with a new mindset when I watch /Zero.
That being said, everything seems fine so far. Although, what was the point in having Rin being a magical girl if she can use magic as it is? Doesn't that make her one as it is, or am I looking too far into this...

I really wish they handled Sinon's gun phobia better. In retrospect, it makes some sense but it's introduced in such a hamfisted comedic matter initially that's its hard to take seriously. Then when it actually is explored, it's handled even more clumsily. Of course this is what I get for having any sort of expectation from SAO. Fool me once...

The space and battle scenes were top notch.
I think many people forgetting in such TV anime CG vs. hand-drawn discussions how poorly tv anime are animated outside of the <30s sakuga scenes.
It's a fair complaint for sure. I have started to barely use my phone these days.

Well you know,Arpeggio's character is always better than Sidonia's since manga.
And robot fight scene and human fight scene is different,though Sidonia's one and only human fight scene are 60fps

At this point I would recommend you the manga. The anime adaption is just plain bad.

Well I'll probably read the manga once I'm done watching the anime just to see the differences. Gonna do the same thing with Tokyo Ghoul. But yeah I could see why the adaption may suck compared to the manga. It happens and it sucks when a studio can't adapt the source material correctly.

Not sure how X is better works as argument here.
But that are apples and oranges. The Sidonia battles had the "grounded" touch (not saying realistic) which is pretty unique in anime, that and the cockpit sequences were the parts which I think were pretty neat.
Ars Nova had also nice action scenes - though it was more typical anime missile and laser spams + the Iona close combat stuff.
