Listening to those, a lot of people need their melee victory theme back, especially Ness

I know, his was easily the best theme in the game. Brawl's is merely acceptable. Also, the Melee arrangement of DK's theme is perfect.

I'd be totally okay with Sectonia being a recurring villain and/or appearing in Smash since she's got a pretty fantastic design and a good example of pure unadulterated evil in a female form.



Plus she's got a suite of incredible battle themes. Too bad the game makes it pretty clear she's absolutely, 100% dead.

The last proper good Kirby game I played was probably one of the DS ones (Or the one with the phone you could call people); How is Triple Deluxe?

I don't know why, I've never played Earthbound (yeah yeah I know, someday), but I feel all sorts of tingly nostalgia and feel choked up on sheer joy whenever I hear that Melee Victory theme.

Kirby's victory theme is one where the I think the Brawl arrangement is the best, but yes, Melee's are generally superior.

Yeah, probably around the time of the tournament. I think at best we can hope for a veteran reveal. If it's a veteran, it'll probably just be the daily update.

There's something fundamental about Earthbound in general that just evokes nostalgia. I mean it made me long for pleasant summers with friends in suburban Japan that totally never happened to me.
