Well I have done that and it dosent seem too work so I have given up now I think, this whole Group and Clan thing is just so poorly made by Bungie imo

There is little to no communication at DestinyGAF EU. No group events or Raids have been scheduled/organized and the clan forum at b.net is a no man's land. It's just not fun and I'm wondering what the point of this clan is. What are the admins' plan to fix this?

Looking back it says I was approved for NA East 8 but I'm still not seeing myself in on Bungie.net, is there a step I'm missing?

*EDIT* I think I fixed it, and am now in NA East 8. But not approved for main clan yet.

There's little admins can do, admins accept people from GAF and manage to make sure nobody is running rampants. It's up to the community to get together. Bungie put zero to no effort to integrate clans into the game, you can't transfer the blame on the users/admins. If you want to find a raiding group honestly at this point it's talking to people in the OT. The clans at this point are just for the clan tag.

I mean sure I'll probably do the raid with members from my clan, but that's cause 2/3rds of us are irl friends and the other 2 we'll find.

I have never even seen a clan member, the clan usage in this game is pathetic. I thought the point of a clan would be to easily find players IN GAME.
