I generally enjoyed Other M, but that is the one part of it I just cannot excuse. Samus having feelings, fears, and emotions beyond "shoot everything" is great - awesome, actually - but making her subservient to Adam to the extent that she was... there's just no excuse for that.
I do get her showing respect and deferring to her former commander for old time's sake and because it was technically Adam's operation. That just shows that she's respectful to her one-time COs, male or female. But not activating her Varia Suit in molten areas and nearly dying because of it simply because Adam didn't authorize it took things way too far.

There was a screenshot that showed the little customization item bag in the Wii U game. So presumably we will be able to get them there. I ended up stopping my 3DS grind to unlock them when I saw that earlier this week
and haven't touched the game since.

Yes I'm sure you meant that as a retro stage but considering what you quoted, the shipping still applies.

The best match for shipping Samus with is
Zero Suit Samus.
This stage or a wind waker hd stage tonight would be awesome. Even though the tower of smash rumor is fake, it gave me hope for a forest haven stage ;_;

Temple is not a good stage, but I guess it does have nostalgia going for it. That was the very first stage I played in Melee. Don't remember if it was intentional or randomly selected. Was Mario vs Bowser, because why the hell not.
And my first Brawl match was Ike vs Zelda. Not sure which stage.
Smash 64, I just know my first match was as Samus.

Temple will be back, it's iconic of the series and has smash run music in the 3DS version. Luigi's Mansion and Rainbow Cruise do as well, and also Castle Siege and Halberd, but we know about them already.
I don't really see why Pirate Ship and Temple can't both return. Especially considering it seems likely both rainbow cruise and luigis mansion are returning, the old retro level per series seems not accurate. If a level deserves to come back, it shouldn't really matter if that series already has a retro level.
Quite honestly, I'd like Eldin to return too, just because between Skyloft, Eldin, Temple and Pirate Ship represents a fantastic cross selection of the entire Zelda series.

Oh, Mega Man Legends is completely different. That series plays by its own (awesome) rules. Haha, but yeah, MegaMan Trigger does come off as a bit pervy depending on what optional events you come across...
Oh god, this. This so goddamn much. Pirate Ship was my favorite Brawl stage and I want a Pirate Ship HD stage in Smash Wii U more than any other potentially returning stage.
In addition to a completely new, original Wind Waker HD stage. I'll take Forest Haven or Submerged Hyrule Castle...

Expecting something for tonight's PoTD + the whole shipping issue.But it's nice to see conversation pop out of it. I really liked the stage too.
Bridge was fun for me. Temple not so much.

I'd want the Forsaken Fortress, personally. I think the lighting changes for Wind Waker HD worked best in the dark, funnily enough. Something about the bloom in the daytime bothered me.
Helmaroc King stage boss too.
