Price is low enough for me now...getting this over the weekend. Looks glorious, and yes I do hope a sequel Is in the works and gets the UC-UC2 treatment.

I don't mean this as a backhanded compliment, but the game really comes to life through this mode. There are often so many little details packed into every screenshot to gawp at and admire, not to mention that the fidelity is so sharp that the screens look like they've come straight from a CG movie.
If there's a sequel, I can't imagine it being all that much better looking. They'll definitely need to step it up in the gameplay department, but that graphics engine will need very little tinkering with.

agree. the Devs put a lot of work into this game's graphics, audio, details of objects and polishing it. Sadly other aspects werent as great. Hopefully a sequel has been greenlight and with the time to fucus on gameplay (havent played it myself but impressinons say atleast the base for this is also already there) and story it will take off like uc.

Maybe someone with a capture card can get a better quality image since I'm using ps4 share. Still, not quite as blurry as the gamersyde shot though.
The game looks amazing under all the grain and blur, if that's what you're worried about
There are enough shots in here that look quite clear, aside from the DOF provided in the photomode.

Thanks. Still quite blurry, but definitely better. Seems like they are quite strong temporal-AA component.

its on sale this week here in canada for $29.99, might purchase it!
It's definitely worth it, the story is quite good and the gameplay is like The Last Of Us. I bought it for $70 CAD and don't regret it.

Enjoyment? That's like saying whats the point of watching a movie you enjoyed before if you're not doing homework on it.
Yeah, during cut-scenes resources are alleviated from AI / player control systems and seemingly poured into increasing precision of effects like DOF, sub-surface scattering, etc.
Because the game looks incredible? I don't know what's so hard to understand about it.
