Its saying that the first 17 months of PS3+360 sales combined + more than 50% = PS4+One first 17 months sales combined.

I'd like to know what Hardline and Bloodborne's sales were in hard numbers.
Bloodborne at #2 is massive though, can't believe a new IP, a Souls game at that, put up that kind of performance. Bring on DLC and a sequel please!

2 remasters of co-op shooters combined that have been out for awhile vs a game that never made it west in the first place and as such is more or less a new game to western audiences with a demo on square's main franchise. Besides, there's only one shooter above borderlands.

Yeah, but it was still just a demo. I think the actual FFXV sales will be a much better indicator of the state of the brand.

Only the biggest AAA titles stay in the top ten for more than one month. Certainly not a new-IP, single player game that was lambasted critically.

With virtually no marketing outside of the internet. Again $60 for a PSP port it's not shock that people passed on it. It should have launched at $40
To be honest, how much more would a game like Mario Party 10 have sold with online multiplayer, or other things that would make it a better game.
I think they were just like, "we can give about this much effort and stil probably eke out a million seller or more on a dead console. So...."

So given Majora's Mask didn't chart and was 184K and Mario Party is #5 and at 290K including digital, can we guess that Type-0 is at least >184K?

It's a FF game that never made it outside Japan before, on systems starve for RPGs, with the first playable demo of the next mainline, next-gen FF.
The franchise name alone should have carried it higher. And it's a sign of the decline of that franchise in the West that it didn't.

Seems likely which isn't quite as horrific as the placing implies but still not great.

Agree, im more impressed with the Mario Party 10 sales more than anything.
184k on two systems isn't good. Majora's Mask would have charted if the charts didn't combine all skus.

Everything mario on it sells but not other games even if its a lot better. Nintendo made people to think their system is about Mario, Zelda and Pokemon system. These games or any games with characters from them will sell a lot better other games regardless of quality.
