Wouldn't Rising 2 have died with Kojima's exit and Konami taking a runny dump everywhere...
Kamiya was involved with the worst DMC. He should stick with Bayonetta and W101. Stay away from DMC.

Depends on if MGR2 was already in development to the point where they couldn't cancel it? That and, to my knowledge, MGR was less Kojima dependent than other Metal Gear titles obviously so it could survive w/out him.

Why do people think publishers are going to reveal legitimate megatons on IGN? Expect a DL title on the level of Korra. Which isn't bad at all, but Rising 2? You guys are setting yourselves up like pins in a bowling alley.

...DMC2? We're talking about DMC2, right? Because if we're talking about DMC2, Kamiya had nothing to do with it. Capcom started work on it without him and told him after the fact.

If I had to guess if this was a big 3 deal then I would have to guess Nintendo since they've already revealed 2 games this way post-conference. One of them being a Platinum game. If its a 3rd party publisher, it would have to be one not holding a conference this year.

lol... I am more interested in knowing if they can pull two AAA games with their staff. If they can, then well, that will shake up my projections of studio size - dev cycle with respects to output. But then you hear things like Teraway and you're blown away by the productivity at MM. So it's not far fetched.

You know what: since we're throwing wild guesses and unreasonable expectations around on no evidence, I'm just going to say what's on my mind and call this one for Metroid.
(In all seriousness, it could very well be an established Nintendo IP... just not likely to be that one after the collaboration with Team Ninja floundered past the initial announcement.)

I'm guessing they "cry" part is a reference to them developing DMC5. People are mentioning in the E3 thread that it's going to be at E3.
