Looks awesome. 30fps is a slight disappointment, but Nexus played great, so whatever I guess.

Pity it's still a year away!

Pretty .... remake?

I recognize riding the train through the city.

The big fish trying to get the small fish while climbing beside their tank made me laugh.

As I said in the other thread; graphics are AMAZING! Unfortunately, and I know many will disagree, I've always found the gameplay in these games (I've played most of them) to be a bit meh.The platforming lacks momentum and the combat feels very weightless. I'm not convinced by this footage, looks like this ain't for me.

So happy to finally see another AAA cartoon game on PS4. I enjoy realistic games like the next person but it gets boring when most new releases are just that.

Here's hoping Sony tries to fund another.

It looks...beautiful. The PS3 games were lookers already though, so I'm not too surprised. TBH I don't entirely mind 30 FPS as long as it never drops. Nexus dropped IIRC.

Looks like I'm going to play Ratchet and Clank again. I haven't owned a game since the second one in 2003.

If you have a PS3 you really need to play A Crack In Time

It's a shooty platformer, how would they integrate weight? It's all about running around and firing off ridiculous weapons. Ratchet's not a tank and it's a cartoon game not Dark Souls.

As much as I wanted a brand new game, this looks REALLY good. I never liked the original R&C (I felt they had good ideas but not executed well, and the game "feel" was off to me), so I'm glad it's getting updated. This is gonna be right up there with REmake and Zero Mission as the best remakes/reimaginings ever.

That looks really, really sharp and smooth.

30 FPS or not, that is some top notch animation.

The PS3 Ratchets were stunners, but this looks even better.

LOL brutal. Ratchet and Clank has great gameplay, don't fix what is not broken. You sound a bit bitter. R and C games have a History of being great.... also people have different views then you, shocking I know.

I think the only moderately entertaining R&C game among those I played (the three Ps3 ones) was A Crack in Time, while still an unchallenging, very unpolished game both in platforming and shooting mechanics. But here this new one looks even a step back. How is this damn slow?

Ps: that boss is... Rare Ltd. year 1998?
