What is the problem with insulting someone by calling them a cuckold? How is it different from asshole, dick, motherfucker, fuckface, moron, or anything else?

Sounds like a specific demographic is telling themselves that it means this.
Because normally individuals don't refer to themselves as "asshole, dick, motherfucker, fuckface, moron".
I've seen it used that way numerous times; a recent relationship GAF thread where a guy said his girlfriend was going to a movie with another guy.... he was called a cuckold.
Are people supposed to not comment on how they've seen a word used less they be vaguely insulted by people like you?

By contrast a cuck is defined by the things that happen to them. If we're going to shame people for their sex lives, that shame should accrue to the transgressor, here the cheater.
Well in that situation, the word possibly applies. It could be used in a real or joking manner.
Someone mentioned selecting a video game character and camping, and having the word applied there. That is usage that really doesn't stick in any of the traditional senses.

Cuckolding in this context isn't cheating. It is permitting your female partner to engage sexually with other men with your knowledge and acceptance, and receiving gratification from it.

It's pretty easy. ApharmdX isn't secure enough in his own masculinity so he feels the need to presume and attack the masculinity of others. In doing so he has mentally lowered their status as 'man', creating a greater deviation to make him feel that he himself is 'more man'.

It's weird how some of you guys think this word means "*watching* your lover get laid". The general term refers just to being cheated on; getting off on getting cheated on is a specific porn case; that's a fetish, an atypical interest.

I don't think here it's entirely negative, it's just kind of latched on to some other meaning like you suggested.
For instance, here is a manner it could work in gaming. Say you are playing a sports game (soccer, football, etc) as a team that you have a personal attachment to. You play as that team all the time in the game, and you are terrible. Always getting destroyed. If someone cracked a joke "How does it feel to be a cuckold?", it's being used in a stupid, but largely harmless and accurate way.
From this thread we have learned,

Then people are affixing it to other various words, which doesn't apply to really any sort of actual meaning.

I think in this day and age the definition of 'cuckolding' has changed from cheating to what you speak of. If I hear someone called a 'cuck' I don't take it as they are being cheated on, instead they have a fetish.
I am confused why the OP finds it racist? The interracial part is a sub-community of that community as a whole, but mind doesn't go there at first. Also I try not to be too judgmental on fetishes of others. Even on the extreme side I see it just as another form of doms and subs.
While you are correct about the true origins, you do know definitions change over time based on experiences and culture. I feel like this word due to the internet and porn (also many mainstreams articles about the lifestyle) is slowly changing for many.

In what I will for this post call the conflict model of sexuality, masculinity is about power, and sex is about proving your masculinity and power by forcing it on somebody who doesn't have any -- that is, women. By having sex with a woman you're proving your power over her, because women are assumed to not want to have sex, and over her family, who is supposed to help protect her from you, and of course there's even more power if you get them pregnant because now your family has taken over theirs. If you convince her to want to have sex with you again, that's even more proof of your masculinity, because your sexuality has dominated her and overridden the assumed distaste she has for sex.
This is why you teach your daughters to avoid and fear sex -- to keep them safe from people who want to take their power. This is why a daughter who has sex has shamed her family -- even if she was raped. This is also where sexual degradation comes into play -- as Orwell will tell you, the only way to be sure you have power is to use it to force somebody to do something they don't like. And if you can force them to like it afterwards, that's even better.
If you shake this model hard enough, in fact, pretty much all of the often weird and inconsistent stereotypes about gay people, sexual promiscuity, transgendered people, etc., will fall out of it.
Obviously there's a lot of conflict sexuality floating around, implicit in our society but also explicit in certain reactionary groups, especially white supremacists, for whom race and sex and power are inevitably entangled. Another good reference would be ISIS and their rape camps, which work on more or less the same lines as white racial purity groups, just with more practical application.
In this model there are a few ways to shame another man. One way is to rape him and prove your power over him that way, which does happen. But another way is to have sex with his woman -- because if your sexual power can dominate her and convince her to prefer sex with you over sex with him, then pretty obviously you have a lot more sexual power than he does.

Go search through cuckold porn and you'll see that the vast majority of "bulls" (The men fucking the "cuck's" wife,another animal, dehumanizing term) are black men unless the women are Asian (in which case, any non-Asian race will work due to the deep racism against Asian men sexually).

I know you're a racist troll who doesn't respond seriously to anything, but I will explain my post to clarify this logic to others:
Racism in cuckold porn is based on the racist stereotype of black men being more animal-like (as well as Asian men being not masculine). Playing up the "black dudes have so much bigger dicks" and other ways of dehumanizing black or Asian men with stereotypical comments implying that black men are only good for sex or that Asian men cannot satisfy their SOs is racism. Avoiding those racist elements avoids racism as a whole with regards to the cuckolding fetish regardless of the races of the individuals involved.

Well regardless, we didn't. Simply choose who we thought was the hottest. She had white guys both times and I had asian girls both times. It just simply worked out that way because those were the only two races that responded for each of us.
