If this is an expansion to DriveClub and not a seperate game then hopefully it will pave the way for a Motorstorm expansion too, if we are not going to get a new Motorstorm game on PS4.

As it's been stated in the past, Driveclub is moving to a platform/service model, which many are also happy with, all I know is that hopefully it is well supported by both developer and consumer alike... Then, this time next year we could be theorising what the next one will be...

I tried to like Tourist Trophy but did not enjoy the handling very much. But seeing as Driveclub is a bit more arcadey I'm hoping we'll be able to sling the bikes around corners and generally have a lark at high speed. I think that this being Season Pass 2 is a pretty solid guess, and if this is what is going to happen with DC being a 'game as a service' then I'm all for it.

So I guess for it to be rated its like Infamous Last Light - both a standalone game and DLC for the original DC. Im kinda in but need to see the details.
Ultimately Im impressed what seemed to be just another season pass opportunity has had some effort involved. Don't think Ive been great ever using bikes in games (and I suck at all the bike game demos like MotoGP) so be interesting to see how they fit into DCs physics.
Hoping theres some kind of visor cam which gets fogged up at points

I'd be surprised if there's not. They've been pretty good at developing new content, and if this really is a major spin-off/standalone DLC then I'm sure there will be new tracks in there.
You know, it may be that Evolution wants to avoid direct comparisons to Gran Turismo, but Trial Mountain has always been one of my favourite tracks from any racing game and I'd like to see them bring it into DriveClub as well.

Makes perfect sense, keeps existing users on board, and opens it up to new users that don't have to buy both parts.

Sony seems to like to announce some stuff that release right away lately. Entwined, PT, and now Motorstorm Bikes. not sure if there are other, I think think maybe some beta or something.

Can't imagine riding bikes on such long tracks though, hopefully new tracks.
I am pretty excited if they can deliver the essence of driving bikes like they did with cars in Driveclub.

They've said that DC will become a service. The more likely scenario is that this is DLC for DC or if you prefer bikes you can just buy the standalone version of DC Bikes and play it along with those that have bought the DLC for their version of DC.

Driveclub doesn't have any long tracks. Hopefully the track path editor changes this.
A 50 mile limit would be senstational.
