Ah, an event. I was able to say, didn't Ubisoft put an NDA on the game. I couldn't post anything from the previous beta. Didn't help that my name was plastered everywhere.

Did you even have a chance to watch the video before posting that?
Game looks good. Still not sure about the combat, since it seems like you're mainly just staying behind one piece of cover for the entire fight, but looking forward to checking it out during the beta.

I don't think I am hyped for this game anymore or even want to buy it. the game looks very generic to me with one boring mission after another. even the shooting is kinda boring . I couldn't even see who he was shooting at :/

I don't think you lose anything by waiting 6 months and seeing if the game has a large community of people who like it.

In the alpha, you were forced to change cover to cover. AI would flank and they woul chuck various kinds grenades at you to get you to move.

Doesn't even look close to that game play video released a few days ago. How can this company get away with this bullshit of always showing games running on high end pcs and then releasing downgraded games that look much worst ...fake advertising UBI

Being honest the 15 minutes footage was very boring. Just a standard cover shooter all-around.
And i'm not really a fan of the damage markers, but i'm positive you can disable it.
At least we have the beta coming to try it by ourselves.

within the first 40 seconds of gameplay the game is already doing the cookie cut "GET ME INTO THE SECUERITY I CAN HACK" line and it's so upsetting and unoriginal.

edit: looks like xb1 footage? Makes sense that it does not look like the PC footage they showed at the announcement. I can see quarter res alpha everywhere, a lot less shadowed light sources, and rough IQ.

unless you're ironic, I think we should remember this is a rather heavily compressed video at 720p. I can't honestly tell how the real game looks.
If you were expecting that game, you haven't payed attention to what Ubisoft does over the better part of the past decade, huh.

I wonder if they will leave the old original shaders in the game data again like with watch dogs...
the issue is that ubi seem to give out pre-release stuff with 10 times better lighting and shaders then tone it all back before release, if they would stop doing that I might care again.

Admittedly I haven't been following this game closely, but my initial impression was that this was to be some kind of post world collapse survival game. This looks more like a cover-based shootbang with bullet-sponge characters and generic objectives...?
Kinda glad I watched this, though. My desire for a MMO survival game on consoles almost made me blind-buy this.
