That kickass art cannot be the box art. It lacks a distinct amount of angry white dude's chin down-eyes up business with a gun. Focus groups told me thats the only way to go.
Infinite being mediocre is a very common (and correct) opinion. In you like it (which is fine of course), you may actually be seen as the contrarian.
2 is the most gamey of the 3.BioShock 2 is a better video game that the first. Yes it didn't have the surprise and mystery exploring rapture for the first time or the high of the twist from first one, but it had the most consistent level design, an interesting story and much tighter gameplay with the dual wielding. It's an amazing sequel that far too many people kept yelling shouldn't of existed which was a bummer.

Despite being a fan of combat/score based games I prefer Infinite to 2. I'm sure it's the story and aesthetic that decide whether you love Infinite or think it's the worst game of all time. Gameplay is repetitive and on my first playthrough I got tired of the gameplay and just wanted to see what happened next in the story, but played through a second time just to have fun with the combat and really enjoyed it.
I wouldn't want every game to follow the linear/repetitive nature of Infinite but as is it's a really awesome experience that's not like anything else I've played (unless your comparisons are based on "shooting rooms of enemies") It's like playing a roller coaster
How about a third person Bioshock developed by Naughty Dog?
The amounts of GOTY-awards (this very board considered it the second best games of 2013, in front of GTA V), sales, professional reviews AND user reviews (50.920 reviews on Steam, overall "very positive", 8.5 on Metacritic) tend do disagree.
Also, he didn't say it's mediocre. He said it's "garbage".
Also also, "correct opinion", huh?
There was something a bit off in Bioshock Infinite, it might have to do with all the changes they were making and how it was a hot mess at one point, there were a lot of great characters, some of the themes were superb and we actually see going on now in the US, but it felt like they could have done more with the setting, the actual city. It never felt like it quite came together like Rapture did.
I wonder if there'll be an incentive to buy this on PC if you already own all the games there.
Come on 1080p 60 fps for all three!
Bioshock still looks rough at 1080p60. That game's visuals aged poorly, particularly the lighting and textures. It's a shame because the art is really great. I'm hoping for more than just a framerate and resolution bump in this caseYou give me 1080/60 and I'm there day one.
Nice cover. Hope there's a steelbook somewhere.
And yet, no legit Bioshock 4 news
I'd say this could be a major barometer if a Bioshock 4 is worth pursuing.
Or maybe it's what Ken Levine is up to!
Does it have to be Ken Levine though? Can we pick a studio who are good at crafting gameplay first and story second?
I liked all these games but this is a must. Won't buy without it.Really, really hope this is 60fps. Otherwise not much incentive to bother for me.
The shitting on Infinite is insufferable. It's a great experience, seriously.

sweet. tell me that minerva's den and burial at sea are included and you have my money
Not really edgy, it's a turd of a game
Does every game have its DLC? I have yet to play Infinite's DLC, which I heard was better than the main game.
I'd be
wait for it
bioSHOCKED
if they're not included.
