I don't think they can delay it again, even if the netcode just doesn't work at all.
I can't find anything on first glance, it's possible I'm thinking of another campaign.
For as critical as I am about what they've done with this I would still expect another round of surveys. People have been hassling them about it on the regular, and it's standard practice anyhow.

I will be honest, Might No. 9 has a tall order to fill. The fact that it is a spiritual successor to Megaman doesn't really do the game any favors, since it will be put under a microscope. With every delay, the expectations rise with it. It's almost become like Shenmue 3 (where I fear the expectations are so high that whatever happens to the game will likely fall short).
It's Inafune call to back the game up, but I hope he understand the consequences of that... and can weather them.

As in it'll be bumped with a delay, not that the game will come out soon.
I won't believe it until I receive my code from KS. They've been throwing bullshit left and right so at this point I'm not expecting a damn thing from them.
If the PC beta/beta/whatever is anything to go by, the game probably *should* be delayed again and heavily reworked
or scrapped

I have a feeling this is going to be a game that you'll be able to get on the cheap used once it comes out... Unless the extras mean that much to you.
Nothing I've seen from the project inspires the hope that it's going to do very well, even though it looks fun to me.
Don't see the point in canceling it. It's not like the money it's tied up or anything. Unless you don't want the game now.

i'm friends with a mom and pop games store owner. he told me he's been told to expect the game to release mid to late summer, rather than spring. i don't know if he's fucking with me or has been told incorrect information by whoever his supplier is?
again, this is anecdotal and not to be taken at face as anything other than a possibility. the dude hasn't steered me wrong before when it comes to release dates that he has heard, though obviously he hasn't blown anything big out of the water before. always smaller stuff, normally a week or two before normal at best.

That's what I can't decide. Part of me is curious, but the buzz around the game has turned so negative, and there's so many other games coming out this Spring that I'm torn.

Unless they've spent all this extra time addressing the core game rather then netcode, from the last time they showed it there's not a chance in hell it'll come anywhere close to the mediocre megaman games, let alone the good ones.

Have you played it? It feels atrocious. The game probably should have been scrapped it needs so much reworked to feel and look right.

I cancelled mine last week. This thing has disaster written all over it. I'm done.
Pretty sure this is the spiritual successor to Battle Network. They've been fighting "network issues" to seemingly no avail.
