Ask for perma ban is something I don't understand at all... sorry if looks like I'm offending any guys that do that but if I don't want to read/write on GAF I just stop to do that without need to ask perma ban. If I wish to back then I back like nothing happened.

Hard to say, it has a lot of factors not usually present. It probably skewed heavily toward PC and digital, so retail comes up short compared to most other games.

GTA5 is a once in a lifetime event. Man, Rockstar really did wonders with doing the re-released version with first person mode on current gen and then PC with all the mods. I’m not sure any game, no matter how brilliant, can get into that type of evergreen space outside of Nintendo titles. I know Sony is looking for that game though.
They have an IP capable in Gran Turismo, but they need to get it right. Still too many hardcore complaints online for it, really need a unanimous 10/10 GT title, and even it won’t reach GTA5 numbers, but it could very well be the best selling racing title this gen. I hope Sony knows what potential they have with PS4, PS5/Neo isn’t guaranteed to be another hit.

I love Sony's PR, just dominated the month, with every game in the top 10 selling best on their platform, had the best selling hardware, just released one of, if not the, biggest exclusive so far, which is off to one of their strongest starts ever, and all they say is "no comment".

Damn even though 360 production stopped, it's still outselling PS3.

Shit, somehow I forgot this. Yeah, price drop definitely played a big part as well. However, it's interesting to compare to the previous two months because the PS4 was flat YoY despite being $50 cheaper too.
Yep, this too. But I don't really see it as a major driver for sales. Seems like Uncharted 4 really did push systems. Along with the other factors, of course.
