Worst case is you get a highly cinematic screenshot simulator. Best case is you get one of the best racers of all time :D
For $20 it's a solid value either way lol.

That doesn't work (maybe only in the UK?), it doesn't let me review the order when I put my cc details in, and if I try to pay with paypal it goes back to the order screen and asks me to fill my cc details in

Just received my code 14 minutes after I got the email notifying me of a delay, so don't let that delay email worry you too much!

Unfortunately I can't redeem the code yet as the Xbox One I'll be using it on doesn't arrive until mid-October, but considering the incredible price of entry ($220 for a brand-new Xbone and Forza Horizon 3?!), I'm happy to wait as long as I need to.

Keep screwing up, Target! <3

I changed the country to US and it went through.

For some reason, Paypal didn't work. I had the same problem as some other people here were experiencing.
I jump to Paypal and confirm the payment, but when I'm taken back to the Target shopping cart page, its back to credit card being selected.

So I changed my payment method to my card and it worked.

Now just waiting for the key to be delivered.

"We could not process your order" comes up when I use PayPal.

Well, I'm fucked, then. :/ Except someone has spare keys to sell. PM me if someone has.

nothing yet. my paypal was charged successfully and i got my order complete email, but nothing since. dang. been about 30 min. I don't understand how any of this takes time since it's all digital and automated Lol. Should I have used my cc instead? fff.

I doubt they'll revoke the codes, but just in case: you can redeem the codes online at www.xbox.com/redeemcode (after signing in to your Xbox Live/Microsoft account, of course).

I live in New Zealand, and it let me use my ordinary debit card - they had options for international billing address so I assume it should work for most non-US customers

GOT IT. Wooo! I did NOT think I'd be getting this game anytime soon since I can't really afford games at $60 much at all anymore. So I'm very happy.

Got it working from the UK.

Put your card details in and a fake US address and that's really it. If it keeps rejecting it then it's your bank rejecting it which is what happened with me. Then I rang my bank up and authorised it and ordered again and it worked.

You can redeem codes over the web. It'll show up on any Xbox or PC you're logged into.
