Combat is good, albeit a bit shallow. It's a bit repetitive and simple, on the shorter side of things, but can be fun. Not a terrible game by any means, just kind of... average. It would be a B tier game back then.
It's worth a fiver, IMO, but I'm kinda liberal with my finances

Not a popular opinion, I know, but I really enjoyed it. I hope you do as well.
If you haven't played Sleeping Dogs before be aware it's pretty awesome. One of the greatest surprises of the year it was released.

Yeah, it's well worth the $5, have the vanilla with two of the DLC's on Steam, gonna have to pick this one up.
You won't regret this purchase Kevin, especially if you have an love for action movies or Hong Kong Cinema. It's a Kung Fu John Woo movie in a video game, with some great music and humor. Also, pork buns.
I'm grabbing Trials Fusion, The Great War, Geometry Wars 3 Evo, and Strider. About time I add these to my console library.

We all have our own opinions, and are entitled to them. It just so happens that anyone who thinks 2 is the worst Jackbox Party Pack is wrong.
Seriously, though, Fibbage 2 is worth way more than $5 on its own. I haven't yet found someone who doesn't love Fibbage. Even my retired mom loves it. Quiplash XL can also be a great time. YMMV on the other games in the pack, but personally, I love Bomb Corp and don't care for the other 2.
Seems like the packs are pretty consistent at having at least two great games each. Opinions just vary on which games are great. On the rare occasion that they drop below $10, I say buy 'em all if you ever have people over (or don't mind bringing the game with you).

Honestly Knack is quite good. Simple in design, but not boring or annoying. Long game too. I'm actually looking forward to 2 (at an eventual sale price).
Nothing for me from the sale. Already own everything from either PS+ offerings or previous sales. Ow well, back to my backlog.

I played Sleeping Dogs on 360 when it was free and got bored with it.
However, I'm thinking about buying it again because the same thing happened with Tomb Raider reboot. Got it on 360 for free, got bored, bought TR: DE for five bucks on PS4, and loved it completely.

thought the story for sleeping dogs was decent. at least kept my interest more than any other gta type open world game in recent memory (gtas included). Was like watching a Hong Kong cop film.

Speaking as someone who bought Asemblance at launch and got 100% completion: don't bother.
There are only 4 locations. The only gameplay is revisiting these locations over and over again, randomly examining arbitrary objects to find the arbitrary sequence that will trigger something new. Because you "use" objects with a "zoom in" button, there are no prompts and the next trigger could be literally anything.
It's like PT in the sense that once you're 1/3 of the way through, you run out of obvious things to do. After that, you will spend 95% of the time accomplishing nothing or starting over.
If you want to understand the story, the endings will add nothing. The final ending, which took weeks or months for people to find, is even less informative than the endings before it.
Don't expect the story to be continued episodically either - if this continues, it is supposed to be an anthology format with a bunch of unrelated stories.

Knack got PRO enhancements correct? I think Im down for it at $5 Thinking about grabbing The Order, because I genuinely found the shooting to be great and I miss shooting the Dragoon revolver.

If you consider its a PS2 JRPG and it doesnt bother you,yes...I didnt finish it but it's fun.
