Good lord, I can't get over how perfect this game's aesthetic is
IMO, it's totally soul crushing that they have a great looking Zelda, wearing the same tunic as Link, looks like Link actually, but female and she can hold the Master Sword in artwork...and yet is not playable at all. She looks great. And yet...nope. So backwards in my opinion.
Heard a rumour she was playable actually, but no sources
MY GOD THE SOUNDSSSSSS! Now I understand why they went for such a minimalistic approach with the music (which is still excellent)
is the Wii U version really not supposed to have nature sounds like this?
Heard a rumour she was playable actually, but no sources I wish to share
Nah. Nintendo is not there yet.
I want to watch everything so bad but I keep telling myself that it's less than a month away and to just wait! I love being surprised when I play new games but this is incredibly hard to resist...
Heh, you don't even know this yet. Who knows, with all their talk about breaking Zelda's conventions, that at one point in the game she might be playable.
I am just saying, who knows.
Amiibos do other stuff primarily, like item drops and such.If she isn't playable then what will her Amiibo do? I assumed they let you bring that character into the game to play as or do they do other stuff?
Ah ok thanksAmiibos do other stuff primarily, like item drops and such.
Ok. My Zelda blackout starts now.
PLEASE LORD MAKE ME STRONG.
I wouldn't say it's out of the question that she may be playable in some sections of the game maybe, since we've had control of other characters in past games. This is definitely an evolution of skyward sword Zelda where she is more fleshed out and prominent In the story, so far from what we've seen. I won't judge till Its out.IMO, it's totally soul crushing that they have a great looking Zelda, wearing the same tunic as Link, looks like Link actually, but female and she can hold the Master Sword in artwork...and yet is not playable at all. That I think I can do.I'd recommend you to play the guard one with headphones and only listen to it, don't watch it. There are no dialogues at all, only environmental sounds, so it's not spoilery.
