I was just thinking to myself this morning that I've noticed a lot more jet trails lately, and we don't get a lot of them in this corner of the world so they stand out quite a bit.

I'm not sure why people expect sports people and celebrities to be some kind of institution for intelligence/wisdom. At least I have to assume they do or otherwise people wouldn't react shocked when their idol turns out to be an idiot.
People reaallllly need to stop looking up to them for life advice etc. You should realize that they and their whole industries only exist to entertain YOU. That's it. To make your life better while you are ideally doing something that actually contributes to society.
They are not there to represent the pinnacle of humanity.

Remember to check which direction the plane goes on your next flight. You don't want to have a window seat facing outwards of the curve to avoid getting squished by that sleeping fat guy sitting next to you, being slowly pushed onto you by the centrifugal force.
It's easy to find out online when you check the seats, one side of the plane will be cheaper than the other.

That is probably the stupidest/funniest thing I've heard in my life.
But with their riches and philanthropy in addition to the mirth they spread they probably contribute more to society than we do. Unless you're a doctor.
My boss, who inmost aspects is a decent educated guy, believes the earth is not round, all satellite photos are photoshopped and all the governments are in on it. He believes that all the newsmedia in the world is controlled by one family, they are all saying the same things on every channel because they are reading scripts. He doesn't believe in the law of gravity and he doesn't think homosexuality is natural.
He watched "documentaries" and reads so much fake news that he has arguments for every point. And whenever you point to things indicating something else the conspiracy therories "debunk" that. It's very tiring because he's obviously not dumb, as in lacking intellect.
He's also Christian so I've just decided to avoid conversation with him when these things show up.
Edit: He also doesn't believe in evolution because there are no found remains of humans old enough or fossils of something that's mid-evolution from sea creature to mammal.

I guess there are various interpretations of their insanity. Ive met a few flat earthers and when I ask why other planets are round and stuff, they both answered with the "they want us to believe in evolution" argument. The Earth is flat because it was designed that way.
