I like it! Though I really don't understand the whole "$50 off because no controller" bundle idea. Microsoft would not discount the console by that close to the MSRP of an individual controller just because they didn't include one.

If this happens, I wouldn't know how to feel. Who'd ever think that the company that started charging for online play would be the one to make it free to everyone in the end.

It's also one of those things that Microsoft also can't go back on, if they go through with it.

I don't believe in the slightes about the possibility of the bolded parts.

Halo MCC or Halo 5 going to W10 I actually expect a little bit, cause 343 said they would appear on stage for something not related to Halo 6. Could be that. But I think Halo 5 is much more likely than Halo MCC. No way for a patch fixing MCC problems at this point though.

About your expectations about Scorpio... what do you mean by "no controller"? Like, selling the console without a single controller? Not even the basic one? That would be impossible.

I've been speculating that move for a while now. It would make huge waves for sure! I just think Xbox Live Gold has enough value in it to justify the subscription fee without locking basic online multiplayer away. I also think it would make joining more appealing to new console owners as they wouldn't feel like they're "forced" to subscribe.
