I think the idea of upgraded consoles is completely stupid in itself. I didn't think Pro was going to set the world on fire, and I didn't think Scorpio would either. It's a niche product.

The Xbox Scorpio teaser video that was a released a few days ago contained a string of letters and numbers that when googled showed, among many other images, an image for a magazine cover that had "build this machine for $400" written on it.
Probably just a huge coincidence.

I don't know how much the rest of you know about American culture (I'm an expert), but honor and shame are huge parts of it. It's not like it is in England where you can become successful by being an asshole. If you screw someone over in America, you bring shame to yourself, and the only way to get rid of that shame is repentance.
What this means is the American public, after hearing about this price leak, is not going to want to purchase an Xbox Scorpio, nor will they purchase any of Microsoft's games. This is HUGE. You can laugh all you want, but Keighley has alienated an entire market with this move.
Keighley, publicly apologize and delete your tweet or you can kiss your presenter role and sponsors goodbye.

If Scorpio is customized to allow direct l2-cache access to go with 326GB/s memory bandwidth then then equation might change.
