I wonder if Yakuza Online would make it to the West. The Fist of the North Star game and the other titles probably will. As long as Yakuza is doing well these days.

I think it's the fact he expressed stuff personally himself:
Nagoshi said: ”SEGA sees a tremendous amount of appeal in Nintendo Switch and will intend to be present on the platform, and similarly I as an individual creator sense a new kind of appeal with this game hardware. We will consider new games for Nintendo Switch and will present them soon. This new hardware is taking on a new challenge and has a lot of appealing points and I would like to take advantage of this new concept and I would like to create a new interesting game."
Well, if there is a risk that the Yakuza crossover could potentially screw up future main games overseas due to low sales and lose of interest from a potential fanbase, I'd rather have it not localized. I wouldn't be mad if it stays in Japan as long as we get Kiwami 2 and Shin Ryu Ga Gotoku.
It's not a crossover though. It's a FOTNS game using Kazumas VA as Kenishiros VO, that's it. I want to see them all released here.

I am worried about the Fist of the North Star game tho, given Sega's track record I am hesitant to think they'd localize it.
