Every time they update I'm hoping they add sliders for analog stick sensitivity, the default turn speed is just too slow.
What do you do now? console command or something? I haven't tried it with a controller yet.
You just plug it in (Xinput controller) and it works. But I mostly do KB/M anyway, I just want better controller support for when I want to lie down on the bed and chill with bots.
I mean is there any way to bump up the sensitivity without the sliders?
Oh wow they replaced the Bio Launcher?
I never use that gun, but I didn't expect them to take it out.
It will, sadly.I hope a beta release would get an influx of new players. I've popped in here and there during the alpha and it's fun but the community is really, really small right now.
Part of me wonders if the lack of Steam support will kill it in the long run.

Yeah, I'm pretty upset with how Epic's handled UT. You look at Quake Champions (ignoring its current bug issues) and imagine what could've been...
Man I haven't played the UT pre-alpha in over a year, maybe two. I definitely enjoyed it, but felt a little iffy about how movement worked in the game.I'm guessing it's improved a ton since the last time I played it.
I really hope in the future, that more of the weapon and character designs are inspired by UT'99 vs UT3. I generally dislike most of the overall aesthetic of UT3. I would love for weapons like the link gun, plasma rile, mini gun, and impact hammer to take more design motifs from UT'99. The somewhat lowtech look of the weapons in UT'99 gave them a charm that the hyper advanced and industrial looking weapons of UT3 lacked.
