But everything works with my internet, its just the MK+Vita combo that doesn't. But the Vita+Mk combo works with some other really really crappy router (Nat type 3 btw) that isn't mine.

How does everyone feel about the Montezuma Blitz update? I like that the scores are higher, and everything else...but the screen is too hectic now and it's harder for me to maintain to main score frenzy. I used to be able to just lie in bed and keep it going the whole time. Now my eyes hurt and I'm a bit bewildered.

Got a fairly decent score this week though:

Are there any original RPGs for Vita yet? Even if they are Japan only, I want to see how they look graphically

That seems to happen to me only when I'm trying to do a challenge. You get used to it. It's really frustrating at first...especially before I figured out what the L button did.

Hi guys and gals. I also just got approved a couple of weeks ago. 
I've had the vita since day one and it amazing. I've bought so many games that I haven't even started some of them (Mutant Blobs included, don't shoot me). 
I hardly play on my PS3 anymore. My girlfriend moved into my flat about a month ago and it's just a great console experience without taking over the tv.
Anyway I was wondering which Patapon game you think I should get. I don't have enough time to play more than one. They are all the same price. So which would you suggest? Thanks

I just spent $17 on Treasures of Montezuma Blitz, which is awful because the upgrades didn't do much and I don't even find the game very fun. Popcap needs to port their games over so I can stop playing awful Bejeweled clones and just play awful Bejeweled.

I thought about buying the most expensive jewel pack because I found it frustrating to skimp on using the bonuses all the time. Then I came to my senses and continued to play without any bonuses and I'm still having fun with it. I'm hoping I'll get lucky with the scratch cards some day.

I love 2048, it's my second most played game on the Vita (Golden Abyss is first, but not by much). Although I've barely played the MP, I love how they designed it to be like a campaign mode, but with real competitors.

I love 2048, but my God am I terrible at it. I'm trying to Elite Pass everything, and it's taken me since launch to get to the 2050 campaign...

Why would you do that? There isn't much need for the boosts. Just got over 12 million without.

Well it is free! Lol. You get scratch offs daily that give you crystals and you get crystals when you level up, and a small amount when you play. Plus you can get some crazy high scores not using any crystals.

Did I mention all this can be done for free?

Incase you didn't know or had missed someone else saying it, if you press up on the d-pad it will reorient kat to the ground incase being crazy upside down side ways wrong way round confuses you, lol.

I really wish Vita had a Burnout game. I remember when I first got a PSP, Burnout Legends was one of my most played games. I wonder how the Need for Speed Vita game will be, there is no media at all for the Vita version.

If there's ever a multiplatform digital release that's being held up, 99% of the time it's Microsoft's fault. Their policies are awful, and from what I've heard, are terrible to work with.

I'd happily take an extended period in certification if it means games come out with fewer bugs, glitches, etc.

It's not like MS just sit on releases, they have a somewhat decent certification process and it's something I greatly appreciate. my only concern is that they have recently started to allow games that are broken to be released, they need to clamp down on that shit.

Not sure about the terrible to work for, for every dev that complains, there's one or more claiming MS are great to work with.

Kingdom hearts 3d in a few weeks
Followed by new super mario 2 few weeks after that

Nintendo seem to be smashing the vita when it comes to top titles over the summer

To be honest I have more than enough backlog on my vita (gravity rush and Mgs hd in particular)
But compared to the competition... Vita isn't looking too great.. But 3ds wasn't either this time last summer...

well, I've only come across one so far - TWD Episode 2 and from what I gather, it's much worse on the PS3.

Anyway, I don't see why that would upset or annoy MS. it's not like they have their own handheld to promote RCR on. The idea that they dislike Sony promoting something on their handheld and is rather silly especially when you realize that the game comes with exclusive content (characters, etc) for the 360.

It's a shame the dev can't come straight out and tell everyone what the actual problem is beyond dropping a few hints here and there.

The problem there is that to benefit from that have to have a vita, which a helluva lot of people don't. So promoting that aspect is a non issue to be honest.

Objectively, MS is the one that appears to benefit in the value department with exclusive characters, etc. While Sony's is obviously the better of the two, a lot of people won't actually benefit from having a free copy on a handheld they'll likely never buy.

I didn't buy FEZ, but I didn't encounter that bug in ME3, but then I did only play it through once.

I wish I was better at Wipeout, lol, I enjoy them but when the going gets tough my ability to fly them ships and stay alive jumps off a cliff.

I enjoy Motorstorm RC, difficulty in getting 3 medals per event really spikes when you unlock the Supercar though. Going to take some time to get used to that bitch.

I have a somewhat limited history when it comes to past WO games, but after playing HD and Fury extensively, 2048 didn't feel right at all. It felt off.
