What ever happened to plans of porting Resistance: Retribution to vita with native dualstick support?
I was kidding, it's fine. Totobeni's hatred of Yakuza 4 makes me instantly dislike Folklore for no reason in particular.
Sorry, will try to not do that,I promise.
but as you can see, many gaffers (including me) think the game fit the Vita too much and it's like a wasted opportunity for Sony not to do it, that all.
again,Sorry.

Yeah, I don't think Resistance Retribution was going to be ported over. It was just one of the games Sony used to show off the right analog stick mapping. Not sure if I remember hearing anything like that. It's good as it is on the Vita, I don't see why that would be necessary. I beat the game a month or two ago and didn't have any problems. The camera controlled just fine on the right stick, even though it wasn't analog.
You're a horrible, horrible person.I hate both of those games >:|
haven't played either of them, lol

I never really put the time Yakuza, I was so excited for the Edo one, but alas, they never put it out in English. Sure, put out that fucking zombie garbage, not the cool shit.
You're my new favorite person.Yakuza 4 is one of the best games EVER MADE.
Just saying.
Import it! I got my copy for <$30 and now that I have a laptop and can queue up the cutscenes I plan on playing it soon. If other people got it on the game, I'd start up an LTTP thread.I never really put the time into Yakuza, I was so excited for the Edo one, but alas, they never put it out in English. You'll never be cool unless you play Yakuza.I just want to be cool! (;_
I'm hoping that the two PSP games will get a Vita bundle. Black Panther and Suikoden I+II were the two PSP games I badly wanted to import, but I couldn't justify keeping my PSP and Vita.Dead Souls is incredibly fun. But yeah, they should've brought over the other games too. Oh shit, veering off-topic.
I dream of a Vita Yakuza. <3
I just want to be cool! (;_
I'm pretty sure you guys are in the majority. I bought a Dreamcast and Shenmue earlier this year and I've never had a stronger case of buyer's remorse.I've haven't played any games in that series yet either. Also I only played about a hour of Shenmue on Dreamcast.
We can be the non-conformist clique.

I'm really enjoying God of War:GoS. I would like to know more about the Killzone psp game and if it is worth my time.I'm gonna work on my PSP games on the Vita project in a bit. Is there anything in particular any of you fine folks want to see?

We need to go goth, man. Then all of the other losers will flock to us, and we can start a cult.

I think Chinatown Wars is the game I've tried that had the biggest benefit when moving to Vita. Not just visually/performance wise, the stick makes such a huge difference. It was a horrible experience on PSP, and very nice on Vita.
It keeps track of how often you play a game, how many hours you've played and the duration of your average session. It also ranks the games based on those criteria and charts your playtime throughout the day. It's really a very useful app, and the Vita social thing doesn't even come close to matching it. I don't think my friends (all 3 of them) care to know what I'm doing.
Liberation is great fun, but it's not like a Killzone game. It's a topdown shooter. Fun, but so different.
That sounds amazing. Would definitely want anything similar to that. Right now it is alright but missing a lot of basic things too, like total time played. Half of what the 3ds app does would probably be wicked and used much more then a clock app. Hopefully down the line..

It's especially nice for difficult games, as it accounts for time that an in-game clock naturally doesn't

babies killed my family and kidnapped my dog
They're smelly and would propably break the Vita analog sticks if they got their hands on one.
I'm now convinced that babies are awful people. That's what people who haven't played Gravity Rush are like, I remember those dark days of baby beatings myself.
I still need to play this, so a Vita version would be perfect! ... though I should go out and buy the PS3 version sometime.Folklore would be perfect for Vita, Gravity Rush really reminds me of it a lot.

Why not some Dissidia 012 duodecim? I feel the game looks great on Vita and plays even better.I'm gonna work on my PSP games on the Vita project in a bit. Is there anything in particular any of you fine folks want to see?

Warhawk (PS3) would be amazing on the Vita, was thinking about picking up the psx version when it's supported but haven't that version before.

Do you think Sony will ever make a Folklore 2?
Do you think Sony will ever make a Folklore 2?
I'd die first. One of the reasons I was hesitant to import the PSP games is that I didn't like the battle system. An unrestricted Yakuza game on the Vita would be amazing.I'd die if a Yakuza Vita ever existed.
Yakuza series is for sure one of my favorites, but I've never played Shenmue...
I laughed.Here we go...
Thinking of getting prinny as GameStop is selling codes for it for $7.99. Can anyone vouch for it? Does it look nice on the Vita?
I posted this earlier, but the thread moves fast.
I'm looking for a good deal on Virtua Tennis. Anyone know of any?
It's $35 on Amazon, but I'm hoping it'll hit $20, personally.I posted this earlier, but the thread moves fast.

It's likely that they will not. =(Do you think Sony will ever make a Folklore 2?
Can't there be room for two in the grave?!I'd die first. One of the reasons I was hesitant to import the PSP games is that I didn't like the battle system. An unrestricted Yakuza game on the Vita would be amazing.
I jut hit the second disc of Shenmue, and while the game's interesting, I feel like I wasted the $70 I spent on the game and a Dreamcast. It feels like too much of a chore.
It's a fun little platformer but it's extremely frustrating. I'm surprised I didn't break my PSP :|Thinking of getting prinny as GameStop is selling codes for it for $7.99. Can anyone vouch for it? Does it look nice on the Vita?
This will be a giant mass grave. Everyone's welcome! Can't there be room for two in the grave?!
$70? D: Are there any other cheap Dreamcast games you'd want to try out, though?Skies of Arcadia, maybe?EDIT: forgot that was on gamecube
Only thing i don't like about Virtua Tennis 4 is the progression system during the career mode, just feels clunky and shitty to me.My copy of Virtua Tennis should be in today. Woot.
I need to finish Gravity Rush, but I keep getting side-tracked by consoles.
