Considering we've gotten in-game rendered face tech in LA Noire that looks fantastic and the Emily tech video from 2008, you don't think we'll see anything close to photo-realism with CG in the coming years?

Photo-realism? I doubt it
I think we'll get there, but not for a while. I think faces often look pretty good, but when their bodies start to interact with things in their environments it starts to look much more apparent. But 10 years from now...
