I hope this one gets resolved quickly. As an Atlantan during the Olympics, it sucked pretty bad to feel like we'd never know who really did it, and then feel like the guy would never be caught.

I think what he's saying is that if they've already found and arrested the person, he was probably already on some kind of watch list or monitoring, or something of the sort.
