Oh, and I had dismissed Rogue Legacy but it was mentioned so many times in the Indie Thread that I checked it out

Definitely on my wishlist now. I didn't realize it was also a crazy platformer as well, and the whole random traits seems pretty cool

lol he died so fast. Literally a minute into his playthrough he stumbled into a mini boss room.

After seeing this post yesterday explaining the Baldur's Gate Series I'm really hoping that Beamdog can get the licence dispute figured out and get back on track.

I'd really like to see BGII on Steam, and Mask of the Betrayer.

Yes Rogue Legacy is quite amazing. Especially if you like Roguelikes, Metroidvanias, RPGs, and/or Platformers.

can anyone give me a Crysis 2 101 on how to disable the terrible blur all over the place and the in-game vaseline AA etc?

I never really played it more than a third way through and that was with my old struggling card so I feel like giving it another go with the 680 now

On consoles, my favorites include Dark Souls, Shadow Complex, Skyrim, Super Meat Boy.... so yeah I like all those genres

I would argue that Skyrim doesn't match up to any of those genres lol

Dark Souls, Shadow Complex, and Super Meat Boy certainly do. Though the platforming elements in Rogue Legacy are not as deep as say SMB or Dustforce, you should give the latter a look if you enjoy SMB.

And, of course, check out Dust: An Elysian Tail if you want an awesome Metroidvania-lite, RPG, Brawler.

Never played Bully. Already spent too much Steam Sale money on Interstellar Marines. But man it's tempting. Everyone seems to speak so highly of it.

Do you guys think it's worth it to pick up Dust now, or should I wait and see if it's cheaper during the Steam sale?

Not really, I was running it on a 670 and a 3570K when it released and its pretty easy to get a smooth 60fps. You can lower stuff like water tessellation if it gets too much, but it should be good.

I really doubt it will be cheaper during the sale. At best it will be the same price.

I agree, this will probably be the best price that Dust will be.

I don't think it is available on any of the competitors either, GMG is down right now so can't confirm.

So I want to go for the Ghost achievement in Dishonored, but I was seen by someone in an early mission. Does it work retroactively, if I were to replay that mission from the main menu, or would I have to restart the entire game?
