If you are demoted to junior, the perma ban for juniors rule does not apply. Granted, that doesn't mean he wasn't perma banned.

He doing alright. Doing some AMAZING stuff with the written word that I hope will make him famous some day (and that means a lot, coming from me, I tend to be super critical of writers). The man has a gift. He's still having ups and downs, but that comes with the territory.
