To begin, here is my own stupid question:
In Windows (8, 7, or Vista), how do you find a product key for software and remove it so it can be installed again? I installed a program under an incorrect name, and I think the program is refusing to run due to it. I've uninstalled it, system restored to a previous date, and still when the program is ran it shows the incorrect "Registered for user..." followed by a prompt saying it will not run.
